There is a gap in the published research regarding the understanding of Universities of impacting factors in the interconnection of administration with the academic specifics using a management information system. As Case Study is chosen University for Business and Technology-UBT, where the system has been designed and tailored to, implemented, tested and evaluated. The research study tries to identify the impacting factors, efficiency, performance and whether the developed model shows improvement of student services, data centralization, data security, and the entire process of student eservices and can this be generalized and reused from others as well. Through the Case Study investigated several impacting factors. Afterwards evaluated the usability and user-friendliness of the developed UBT model and solutions of e-Service Information System and used regression analyses to determine the impact. The research study tries to contribute with identified impacting factors for such systems, analyses of the improvement in data centralization, data security, efficiency, performance, and usability. The watermark resistance is demonstrated on two techniques of watermark realization: one robust and another fragile. Alongside with theoretical background a few illustrative examples which provide an insight on how the MPEG1 algorithm influences previously embedded watermark are presented. Short-time Fourier transform, Wigner distribution and S-method are some of the time-frequency representations that are used through the process of the watermark embedding. In detection process we are favouring those methods which produce a fair amount of cross-terms since they improve the detection quality. Wigner distribution includes most of those terms, but since the detection quality ceases to rise after a certain amount of cross-terms have been included, we implemented S-method which is very suitable in this case, since we can control the number of cross-terms included by widening or narrowing the frequency window. We use an optimization approach like Genetic Algorithm on the steps generated by Fuzzy logic algorithm that mobile robot needs to achieve the target. Another novelty here besides optimization steps of path is also avoiding of usage real sensors for obstacle detection. The implementation options analysis of radial basis activation functions on programmable logic integrated circuits is given.
