This study aims to determine and provide an overview of the Analysis of Regional Fixed Asset Management at the Regional Finance and Agency (BKAD) of South Buton Regency. This type of research is comparative, the type of data used is qualitative data with data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods include field research  (fieldnote research) and library research (library research). The data obtained is then analyzed using the comparative method, which is a method or procedure in the form of numbers that compares the budget data with the realization data. PELNI Murhum Baubau port. The sample is determined by using the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method is simple linear regression analysis. The data instrument test uses validity, reliability, coefficient of determination test and partial t test. Based on the results of the data in this study, all data were declared valid and reliable. The conclusion that can be drawn is the result of the value of Tcount (7.701)> Ttable (2.010) and the significant value is less than 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction. Field research, library research, and interviews were used as data collection methods. The data analysis method used by the author is descriptive and qualitative.Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data, it can be concluded that (1) The responsibilities for the village financial management planning stage in Langkomu village in its implementation have been allocated and are guided by Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. This is evidenced by the existence of Raperbedes APBDesa which was discussed between the village government and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the village deliberation forum. (2) Transparency of village financial management in Langkamu Village in its implementation is in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014, every village has a bulletin board or billboard and village accountability reports are reported to the Regent/Mayor through the Camat. Problems that occur in the management of village funds are related to the competence of the village apparatus, organizational commitment, and targets. This study aims to determine the effect of village apparatus competence, organizational commitment, targets for accountability in village fund management in Batauga Sub-district Village. This study collected data using a questionnaire with a sample of 30 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the competence of the village apparatus and the target of excellence have a significant and positive effect on the accountability of village fund management. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has no significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Therefore it is necessary to pay great attention to matters relating to improving the performance of lecturers so that lecturers can carry out their tasks more professionally. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of Permanent Lecturers at Buton Muhammadiyah University. These factors are motivation, competency, leadership, and work environment. The subjects in this study were Permanent Lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Buton. The study was conducted using a questionnaire as an primary data collection instrument. Samples taken as many as 40 lecturers using the convinience samling method. To measure the factors that influence the performance of Permanent Lecturers at Buton Muhammadiyah University, multiple analysis is used. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) knowing the effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction, (2) knowing the effect of reliability on customer satisfaction, (3) knowing the effect of responsiveness on customer satisfaction, (4) knowing the effect of guarantees on customer satisfaction, ( 5) knowing the effect of empathy on customer satisfaction, (6) knowing the most dominant factor influencing the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop Syariah Tempe Unit Wajo District. This study uses primary data through questionnaires totaling 100 samples from all customers of PT. Pawnshop Syariah Tempe Unit is 52,338 customers. This research was conducted in the study period from October to December 2016. The analysis method used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test, simultaneous test , and the coefficient of determination test. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 21 software program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) reliability has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (4) guarantee has a positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction, (5) empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (6) guarantee is the most influential factor on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop Syariah Tempe Unit Wajo District. This means that the company management in this case PT. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Motivation, Competence and Work Environment on Employee Job Performance at the Head Office of Hasanuddin University. The method in collecting data in this study is a questionnaire, observation (observation), interviews and documentation. The method of data analysis uses inferential statistical methods namely by using multiple linear regression statistical methods to measure the Effect of Motivation, Competence and Work Environment on Employee Job Performance at the Head Office of Hasanuddin University. Based on the F test the independent variables (motivation, competence and work environment) together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (job performance). Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) obtained that the correlation level of the relationship between Motivation, Competence and Work Environment Against Employee Job Performance is a high relationship that is 67.2%, while the remaining 32.8% is influenced by other factors. This study aims: (1) To analyze the effect of achievement motivation on the performance of farmer women in Ngkaringkaring Village; (2) To analyze the effect of fear of success on the performance of women farmers in Ngkaringkaring Village; (3) To analyze the influence of achievement motivation and fear of success together on the performance of farmer women in Ngkaringkaring Village. This type of research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis The population of this study were all farm women who worked in the agricultural sector, amounting to 125 people. The sample of this study was 92 respondents. The results showed that the significant value for the variable of achievement motivation and fear of success on the performance of peasant women in the Seke Subak organization both partial and simultaneous tests gave a significant value smaller than 0.005, so there was an influence, but the fear of success had an influence and was marked negative. This study aims to determine the effect of fear of success on career development and interaction on achievement motivation and fear of success on career development. This type of research is quantitative with associative research. The population in this study are companies that work at PT. PLN (Persero) Bulukumba Area. The technique of taking samples uses the saturated sample method. The sample in this study was 70 respondents. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis by obtaining approved difference values. The results of research with simple linear regression show a fear of positive and significant success in career development.
