By the cluster of trends we mean the trending words that are popular among same group of people and which describes their common interests. The information about shared interests of group of people in the social network is very important for business. Knowing it we can for example perform directed advertising campaign aimed at single community of people. We validate our approach on large datasets that contains 22 030 252 tweets posted by 20 130 followers of the world-known actress. We found that clusters of trends detection in microblogging with simple natural language processing (namely lemmatization) did not give any valuable information for business. For the other side hashtags frequency filtering and probability conditional probabilities graph clustering resulted in valuable informative about structure of interest in social network.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"06 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127274311","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many IT vendors have developed the WEB application for recording the farm work diary. However, famers feel the burden because famers should input work information by manual operation. In this paper, we propose the system which records an farm work diary automatically. We reduce a farmer's burden. Our method obtains information using RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) in the UHF band. Famers can get data unconsciously while working. Proposal system presumes farm work from the acquired tag data. Farmers correct incorrect presumption, and store in the server a set of tag data and work data as teacher data. By doing so, accuracy of presumption algorithm that implemented in the server grow up.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127352149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the “hardware-concise” heterogeneous resource allocation requires a deep knowledge of the scheduled applications’ characteristics. The challenge is getting more difficult if the scheduler has to balance the optimization policies between the application- and the infrastructure-specific policies, e.g. the overall energy consumption, resource utilization, etc. We introduce a heuristic-based approach to adaptive scheduling, enabled by in-depths monitoring technologies. Our solution is complementary to the native schedulers like Torque or Maui and is open per design and thus can be seamlessly integrated into the core scheduling algorithms.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122996285","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We propose a method for real-time CG animation of the cooperative motion of both hands for a mirror box therapy support system in place of mirror box therapy. This system displays cooperative movement through CG. The image of a healthy hand is displayed in real-time. On the other hand, the image of a hemiplegic hand is substituted by motion capture data of the healthy hand. In this system, patients perceive the hand by replaced motion capture as their affected hand, and the brain is \"tricked\" into believing that it is. We use a leap motion device for motion capture and obtain the position information of the fingers. We evaluate our system by applying it to six people.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127488199","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The power consumption of ARM processor is smaller than popular x86 processors. However, because of no virtualization technology, ARM cannot be applied to cloud computing. ARM is suited for low power cloud, which does not virtualize hardware. However, even if low power cloud, network must be virtualized to provide it as a service on demand. In this paper, we propose mesh based scalable virtual network using OpenFlow. In this network, we employ crossbar switch to connect a node to any other node in mesh. Using crossbar switch, we can organize any group that consists of any number of nodes. The crossbar switch is controlled using OpenFlow. We construct a crossbar switch with Raspberry Pi, ARM single board computer. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of crossbar switch and verify its practicality.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124487490","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we present the implementation of a testbed for WMNs using Raspbian OS. We analyze the performance of Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) protocol in an indoor environment considering Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and Line-of-Sight (LoS) scenario. For evaluation we considered throughput, hop count, delay and jitter metrics. The experimental results show that the nodes in the testbed were communicating smoothly.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130375215","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, not every selected reference model species possesses comprehensive genome annotations and curated information, and the total number of mapped genes from the selected reference species could not be fully expected either. Due to inefficient mapped genes from the selected reference model species, the following functional pathway analysis on transcriptome datasets would be seriously affected. To solve this problem, we proposed an improved approach based on multiple reference model species selection, especially for KEGG pathway analysis on differentially expressed genes. Applying union operations on individually mapped genes from different selected species, we could significantly promote the integrity of gene mapping results in KEGG pathways and provide realistic P-values for each identified pathway. Furthermore, based on mapped genes and KGML datasets, we applied various gray-levels, colors and shapes to present gene expression conditions on each biological pathway. Taking NGS transcriptomic datasets from an unknown Antarctic green alga species as an experimental example and selecting three published known species including Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, Chlorella variabilis, and Coccomyxa subellipsoidea as candidate reference species, we compared the results of pathway enrichment analysis by adopting different selections of reference species. We found that integrating all mapped genes from various model species provided a better result compared to using any single reference species. Some missed important biological pathways could be retrieved under an identical threshold setting of P-value, such as Ribosome, Pyrimidine metabolism and ABC transporters pathways. Therefore, we believe appropriate selection of multiple reference species is necessary and significant for transcriptome analysis on de novo species.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"189 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120950664","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Proposed protocol follows end-to-end path from source node to sink and selects next forwarder node of a data packet on the basis, having already established a path to sink. In this way, the problem of encounters void hole in depth based routing protocol is eliminated. Furthermore, during the selection of forwarding node, channel interference is also considered as routing metric to provide reliable communication. Therefore, proposed scheme reduces the probability of collision at the network layer, by selecting a neighbor node as the next forwarder of the data packet from the source node to the destination where the chance of channel interference is minimum. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in term of energy consumption, end-to-end delay and packet delivery ratio especially in a sparse network.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134158091","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in the huge VLSI systems, various problems such as many communication problems of the VLSI network, clock synchronization of the entire system, and verification of concurrent processing, must be solved in order to realize a dependable parallel system. Hence, this paper proposes a design support system that reduces the psychological stress of pedestrians. The major features of our simulator are i) a virtual lane is constructed in a head-mounted display by using a free game engine, Unity, ii) the design conditions of the lane are optimized to reduce the psychological stress of pedestrians. This study firstly constructs the virtual pedestrian model by using multi-agent system, in which the behavior standards of each agent is modeled with obeying the idea of personal space. The psychological stress is estimated by measuring Normalized Pulse Volume (NPV). In this paper, we achieved to replace the components of the virtual city model originally provided by Zenrin Inc. to more realistic components we have developed in this study.","PeriodicalId":249236,"journal":{"name":"2016 10th International Conference on Complex, Intelligent, and Software Intensive Systems (CISIS)","volume":"2017 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130013522","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
