Power theft can be briefly defined as usage of power without the knowledge of the supplier. It has become the major problem in India and it is a crime. Overall India has highest losses about 16.2 billion dollar. Power theft can be happened in many ways one such way is that a registered customers steal either bypassing the meter ie: connecting around the meter to a live cable on a company side of the meter or tampering with the meter to make the meter to read less or no consumption. In order to eradicate the power theft it has to be identified. The existing systems developed with these technologies were lacked of efficiency and accuracy to locate patient inside the hospital for utilizing the available resources (doctors, nurse, staff, and equipment). Therefore, we propose a system which minimizes the location error with less processing time for an indoor moving patient. Proposed system comprises Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) with the existing Weighted Centroid Localization (WCL) methods improve the signal strength of a signal received from the tag and determining the exact position of moving tag by reducing the location error and improving the processing time. The efficiently tracks moving patient inside the hospital with decreased processing time from 86ms to 52ms and 116ms to 97ms also less location error from 0.08m to 0.03m and 0.18m to 0.15m based upon the number of tags deployed, i.e. 10 and 20 respectively. Implementing an SDN solution for the aforementioned network applications would guarantee better performance. As part of this survey, research papers have been reviewed to understand various network applications, their shortcomings in the current deployments and a corresponding proposed SDN solution to tackle these shortcomings. Accordingly, proposals have been made with respect to the deployment strategies of these SDN network applications. The three approaches to deploy SDN solutions are: the rip and replace model, the overlay model and the hybrid model. Some of the challenges are speed of action, background noise and shape of the performing action. To handle these problem, in this paper the following works are proposed. By the help of optical flow, Bag of Bag of histogram of optical flow (BoHOF) is proposed which is useful to differentiate actions varying with speed of action. BoHOF features are calculated from segmented human objects. To remove the shadow effect, sobel edge filter is used combingly in horizontal and vertical direction. Median filtering is applied to suppress background noise. Histogram of oriented gradients (HOG) features are extracted from 3D projected planes and combined with BoHOF to extract maximum advantages of both the features. Finally, the multi-class SVM-based classifier with radial basis kernel is applied to recognize different human actions. Here 10T full adder circuits using CMOS technology plots the minimum power consumption rather than others. Because CMOS technology dissipates low power. A comparative data analysis is shown for power, delay and stability using SERF (Static Energy Recovery Full Adder), GDI(Gate Diffused Input) method with different number of transistors which is used to extend the battery life. The simple aspect of this work is to check whether the fuel filled in the vehicle is appropriate to the given price or not, as for the first two pumps the tank is filled with fuel with air and then for the rest of the pumps, tank is filled with fuel. The level of the fuel is calculated with the help of float sensor. When people are moving in the highways or in the hills, they don’t know how long will that vehicle will travel. So, we are embedding the mileage calculation with the level detection. The various operating conditions like without PV system and with PV system tuned by Multi verse optimization algorithm. It has used to evaluate the performance of the proposed systems. The result shows, the system with PV system properly is tuned by this algorithm. To avoid such drawback and to get back initial transmitted information there is an equalization process at the receiver end which compensating corrupted data due to ISI. Hence the basic techniques as Channel equalizers are generally adapted to minimize consequences are Inter-Symbol Interference. An adaptive equalizer is highly suitable to handle the time varying and random nature of communication channel. This conversational equalizer by nature inverse to channel and channel’s influence can be compensating. Also for non inverse channel there is no existence of equalizer. Now we think about better performance comparing with traditional, and a neural equalizer can be proposed. This research paper also reflecting the process of minimizing of mean square error and also distortion due to ISI. Analysis outcome of this work satisfy us that neural equalizer operational behavior much better than all existing conversational system of equalizers. The outcome on the planned equalizer is deeply considered for every channel having its own bit-error rate with noisy data.
