A purpose was to set influence of width of spaces between rows and doses of nitric fertilizer on the productivity of standard seed and sowing qualities of different sorts of culture in the unirrigated terms south of Ukraine. Researches conducted during 2016–2018 on the base of Institute of the irrigated agriculture of NAAN in obedience to the confessedly methods of carrying out the field test, methodical recommendations and manuals. Used such methods: scientific, special, comparatively analytical, regressive, informative-logical analysis and mathematical design. Maximal exit of standard seed from unit of area – 89.0 % got at sowing of sort Pivdennyy with the width of spaces between rows 45 see and bringing of nitric fertilizer by the dose of N 60 . The results of experimental and clinical studies indicate that L-arginine is a nutritionally essential amino acid for animal health. Additionally, L-arginine or L-citrulline may provide novel and effective therapies for obesity, diabetes, and the metabolic syndrome. The screening of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) strains according to L-arginine synthesis showed significant intra-species differences. The 45 strains of LAB were investigated to L-arginine synthesis capability. It was shown, that some LAB strains (52%) are able to synthesized L-arginine (mg/ml). It was shown, that among 10 strains of L. rhamnosus species, 60% of strains are able to synthesized L-arginine. Two strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus 20–12 and Lactobacillus plantarum 66 shown increasing of L-arginine during growth in both nutrient media (MRS, milk). It has the advantages of low cost, non-toxicity, high photocatalytic activity, etc. However, the nano-titanium dioxide has a problem in difficult to recycle and reuse. If it cannot be recycled, nano-titanium dioxide dispersed in water will cause secondary pollution. Since the material that used for current approach for recycling TiO 2 – steel wire, glass beads, ceramic, cotton fabric and other materials- would absorb or block light, the photocatalytic efficiency of titanium dioxide nanoparticles is drastically reduced. In order to improve the photocatalytic efficiency of titanium dioxide nanoparticles, we decided to prepare a titanium dioxide/sodium alginate mixed solution and prepared titanium dioxide/calcium alginate composite hydrogel spheres by calcium chloride cross-linking. The size of a single particle is about 20 nm. By using the spectrometer, under the irradiation of ultraviolet lamp, the photocatalytic efficiency of titanium dioxide nanoparticles can be determined by the rate of the degradation of methyl orange which is the simulation of pollutant. The result of experiment showed that the porous titanium dioxide/ calcium alginate composite hydrogel beads have a higher photocatalytic activity, approximately about an increase of 20% in the degradation of methyl orange after 120 minutes.
