The paper suggests using the effectiveness retention ratio as a dependability measure for such systems. This allows taking into account partial failures. The definition of this measure is given, its meaning for Intelligent Transport Systems in few typical cases is specified, and evaluation methods are proposed.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132564764","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The model may be applicable in 4G/5G networks. Calls of different classes are serviced in the cell under a bandwidth sharing algorithm called the multiple fractional channel reservational policy. According to this algorithm, a number of channels is reserved for calls of certain classes. An approach is known to compute an approximate value the loss probabilities for calls of each class. The approach is based on the formulas derived under the assumption that the service time of a call is distributed exponentially. We study by simulation the accuracy of the approach generalization for the case of general service distribution time. We proposes an approximate approach to evaluate the stationary state probabilities, the loss probability and the average number of serviced jobs for First Come First Displaced protocol. We estimate the accuracy of this approach.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134245206","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, it enables the deployment of energy efficient long-range networks with low power consumption. Also, the relatively low cost of solutions based on LoRaWAN standard is also very often a determining factor when choosing a technology for organizing a machine-to-machine communication (M2M) network. However, the mathematical modelling of such systems is quite new direction and there are no concrete results in this field yet. In this paper, the mathematical model of LoRaWAN cell is studied. It appeared as a result of the analysis of the information transmission process in cellular mobile networks, optimized for data transmission. Among them, for example, there are CDMA2000 1xEV-DO standard and its 3GPP analogue of HSDPA. This model allows us to take into account such important LoRaWAN feature like ADR mechanism. The article provides formulas for estimating the main characteristics of the model. To describe the images, descriptors invariant to the full group of affine transformations were used, their values were the inputs of a neural network. At the perceptron outputs, the number of graphic objects of each type identified in the image was formed. The training procedure was based on the error back-propagation algorithm. Based on the results of the numerical experiment, the minimum number of the perceptron hidden layer neurons was determined, which guarantees the convergence of the training process, and the training sample volume influence on this amount was revealed. It is shown that for any volume of the training sample, there is a corresponding number of neurons in the perceptron hidden layer, which guarantees a minimum amount of computational work in the process of achieving zero training error.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114624657","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this, frequency separation of the ordinary and unusual components of the ionospheric wave is performed by receiving on a phased antenna array with a controlled polarization characteristic, as well as methods for optimizing the receiving system using an antenna with a controlled polarization characteristic. To consider the complex trajectories of the electric vector of the wave and the ends of the rotating antenna element, the hodograph of the vector of the ordinary and extraordinary components of the wave was used as an instrument. Optimization can be achieved by minimizing the deviation of the antenna EMF hodograph from the reference one, formed as a result of training a neural network, the resolution of which is quite sufficient to obtain a satisfactory result.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117136513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In any voice command, there is both useful information corresponding to this command and extraneous noise. The actuator must separate the command from the noise. If we take a primitive approach to the process of human survival in the world around us, then it depends on the correct response to events, i.e. reaction to external irritation. This reaction is known as a reflex and is presented in two types, unconditional: breathing, swallowing, sucking, pulling the hand away from the cold and conditional: reading, various skills and abilities. Unconditional ones are embedded in our body from birth, and conditional ones we acquire through learning in the course of life, but despite their differences, they are united by one thing - responding to an event. The paper proposes a solution to this problem by determining the semantic proximity of a command issued in a natural language with a digital representation of its ideal. At the first stage, a natural language simulator is its textual representation.","PeriodicalId":247774,"journal":{"name":"2022 Systems of Signals Generating and Processing in the Field of on Board Communications","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124474439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
