It is a very important aspect to generate the energy efficiently. This work presents the project and the construction stage of the rotary manipulator which has two degrees of freedom and it is executing a task of positioning a solar cell perpendicular to the incidence direction of direct solar radiation to maximize the use of energy from the solar cell. Such control is called the follow-up control regulation of solar batteries. In this article, the algorithm of the device will be presented, the built of the microprocessor controller and the mechanical structure of the rotary manipulator. Nowadays the GPGPU (General Purpose Graphic Processing Unit) based technology is gaining on the importance. Few years ago, GPU was designed only to process the graphic data. The GPGPU enables computation on all kinds of data. This innovation brings computing performance huge boost. The GPGPU have been developed since year 2003. The technology was not available on the market till 2006, when the first GPGPU have been introduced by nVidia (GeForce G80). The architecture (hundreds of cores) enables parallel work together with special programs (the application adapted to GPGPU requirements), indicate huge efficiency. Computer simulations usually absorb considerable amount of computing power and last long. The unfavorable factor can be reduced by implementation of parallel data processing. Part (or the whole) data can be computed on GPGPU instead of CPU. Main aim of the paper is to point the ways of exploiting the potential of GPGPU in daily scientific work. Fundamental research base is analysis of possible usage of GPGPU in electrodynamics and mechatronics. PAAF is developed to determine main powertrain parameters as well as characteristics. The device is intended to use with sport and passenger cars, half trucks and trucks. In this article the emphasis is laid on reducing disturbances which occur during road test. Analysis of road test is shown and results of acceleration signal noise reduction. The influence of that action is shown in powertrain power characteristics, which without filtering are noisy and noninformative. To achieve high performance, the system requires precise control of position, velocity, acceleration and force in actuators. In this paper, the modeling and control of an actuator is done by two switching valves (3/2 way). Regarding some uncertainty, the sliding mode controller is used for actuator position control. So, the discrete time inputs, using averaging analysis, are converted to continuous, which are applied in sliding mode.
