Besides it is a disease that affects not only lungs in the body of a human being but other parts also. There are few diseases that kills the human population. The commonly used tools that can detect TB are: GeneXpert, microscopy, tuberculin bacilli test (TST), chest X-ray, interferon-y release assay (IGRA), and culture test. But the sputum smear microscopy is the mostly used tool. The merits of using this tool are: it is supposed to be easier, faster and cheaper than other methods without requiring much technical expertise and yielding sufficiently fast results. But the problem with this tool is that the screening may fail to detect TB and requires some eye strain with concentration. The automatic screening method will remove this problem. Dynamic load on the drive train shaft plays a vital role in turbine lifespan. So the design of the nonlinear controller should pay more care in mitigation of transient load on the drive train shaft. The objective of the controller is to extract the optimal power with limited dynamic loads on the shaft. The above objectives are satisfied by tracking the reference rotor speed which is done by a nonlinear controller. Effective wind speed is obtained by Modified Newton Raphson (MNR), which is used for deriving the reference rotor speed. In this paper, a nonlinear controller, i.e. double integral sliding mode controller (DISMC) is proposed for the single mass model of a wind turbine at partial load region (below rated wind speed). Lyapunov candidate function is used for analyzing the stability of the proposed controller. The performance of the proposed controller is compared with conventional integral sliding mode controller (ISMC) in terms of performance parameters. The robustness of the controllers are analyzed in the presence of different input disturbances and different wind speed profiles. Hence, the study helps in empowering grit level in students' to enrich themselves towards success based on their performance. The general survey, technical concepts based test, logical and reasoning based test is collected using Google forms. The model is framed based on the survey and test data set to know the slow learner student's in academic. The proposed model identifies the student's based on analyzing them better, than only considering internal marks and assessment conducted. The framework provides greater efficiency in identifying the right students' for analysis and validated based on entropy value. The current voice systems & recording systems are federated and make a basic assumption for reporting i.e. they assume that the numbers of calls received and recorded by call loggers are the same as the number of calls received by the voice system. This approach does not provide the true picture of recording compliance reporting leading to significant penalties. To bridge this gap, we propose in this paper an integrated deployment framework. The framework describes the way to establish data collection, computation and representation in automated way to avoid manual errors. In addition, the framework provides a mechanism to configure business rules to meet different reporting needs. This framework is independent of the recording solutions currently deployed in BPO industry. The paper also show cases, a demonstrable approach of building a “Compliance meter” based on the above framework. Rebuilding of appearance after its distorted and blaring complement remains a challenging problem. The ill-posed nature of the problematic means on no account of specific solution so any solution is an estimated of the actual solution and this often leads to inconsistency in the form of degradation as complete smoothing of the reconstructed image. The sparse dominion systems provide unusual solutions to this inverse problem by giving the Il-norm sparsity prior to eliminate underwater image degradations. In this paper, we present adaptive regularization to confine the image patches residence on the inherent smoothing and include the image nonlocal self-similarity into sparse dominion to recover the exactness to reconstruct the expected image. Antenna arrays which are capable of complete coverage in both azimuth plane and elevation plane are required for beam steering. For that purpose, phased array antennas which can steer the beam electronically in 360° are used but here the complex feed network will introduce negative effects on array performance. In this communication, a new technique is proposed to steer the antenna beam without any complex feed network and phase shifters. Detailed development steps for the design of an L Band cuboid antenna array are presented for the frequency of 1.35 GHz. Antenna element and beam-forming technique are explained. By using proposed cuboid array geometry and beam steering technique 360° beam steering is achieved in azimuth plane and 180° beam steering is achieved in elevation plane. The wireless communication systems are expected to perform at their best in hostile conditions with limited resources since thousands of lives are at stake. Need of communication in disaster, deals with many challenges like Energy/power efficiency, reliable connectivity, availability, throughput, QoS and interoperability, so considering all these aspects, we propose an approach for the disaster communication network through existing Base Station (BS) by optimal selection of BS under the constraint of cell coverage and capacity. Those selected BS can be from any operator and where we install emergency system (ES). Which design to work in operator independent mode on some pre-defined spectrum shared by all the operator and has the flexibility to increase the height according to need through helium balloon as considered by the BLUE-COM+ project. Those ES provides the necessary communication network to the victim and helps the rescue team with effective service at the time of disaster. Later for crime or theft detection in surveillance region, the recorded data is accessed and analyzed. As on today, with ongoing acts of vandalism, it is highly essential for surveillance to be reactive rather than proactive. The objective is fulfilled by incorporating on board processing features such as face detection and recognition with in the sensor node(s).Soon person enters the vicinity of camera, features are captured, processed and then recognized with in the node.In order to demonstrate this on board processing capability, we came up with a single Tier homogeneous sensor network design featuring the real time face recognition without using database(s) and also optimal transmission in the network using image dimensionality reduction technique. Image fusion based strategy computes the features of the image by computing three measures as weight map as luminance, chrominance and salience factors. Using fusion strategy the information is derived from the single image input. The proposed method derived the features from the color corrected input and histogram equalized input. The color correction has carried out using Adaptive Color Correction Matrix (ACCM) with defined gamma value. This is a direct method of spatial domain. The resultant image reconstructed using Laplacian and Gaussian pyramid with reduced artifacts. Till date, several deep learning architectures have been developed, and notable results are attained. The best result often involves an unsupervised pretraining phase followed by supervised learning task. In this work, a particular implementation of deep autoencoders with SVM (Support Vector Machine) layer as a classification layer on the top of the encoding layer is explored. A comparison is made on MNIST dataset with softmax regression function layer and SVM layer as a classification layer with 2 layers and 3 layers SAE (Stack Autoencoders) respectively. Experimental results are evaluated using SAE. It is observed that SVM as classification layer obtains 99.8% accuracy with 0.2% error rate and outperforms softmax regression layer as a classification layer in autoencoders.
