The world global economy is studied, presented in terms of societies of the world, in monetary terms and the growth potential of gross domestic product in relation to capital, labor, technological progress, population and other macroeconomic indicators that affect it. Theoretical and methodological significance lies in the description of a fundamentally new method of modeling, which can be used to assess the potential of economic development, proving the dynamics of the coefficients of elasticity of production factors, and proving the hypothesis of declining economic growth. The developed model effectively estimates the potential for economic growth for any country and can be used as a basis for forecasting indicators of potential capital intensity of production and potential gross domestic product. Regarding the practical significance of the obtained results, it should be noted that all changes and numerical values are supported by real data and are a consequence of economic, political or social phenomena in the economy of the country under consideration. In the further research it is possible to develop this model, adding to it new variables which influence economic growth, to update methodology of finding of coefficients as a result of actions of economic agents, instead of only their exogenous influence on economy. The work has three main sections. The first section contains theoretical aspects of estimating the evolutionary economy in the one-dimensional case, it describes the basic theoretical information about the Solow model and other neoclassical and endogenous models of economic growth. The second section describes the possibilities of the Solow model for estimating economic growth potential and theoretical aspects and derives the mathematical basis for estimating economic growth potential. Also in this section describes the implementation of the mathematical base. The third section comments on the results of modeling, based on which detailed conclusions are formed, which summarize the economic, mathematical, analytical and technical work. The simulation results well illustrate the degree of use of economic potential, as well as the impact of capital, technological progress, investment, natural population movement on the efficiency of the economy in terms of many countries. That is why a problem of economical security of enterprises becomes more and more urgent. Considering this, the problem of revising existed principles and ways of economic security management of the enterprise has appeared. Preventing negative influence of internal and external factors is possible by providing the immediate reaction on them and creating conditions for safe development using the effective economic security management of the enterprise. The new ways of economic security management of the enterprise must correspond to the new demands which unstable environment of enterprises requires. One of those demands is efficiency of administrative decisions that we can provide by using modern instruments of management such as diagnostics. Subject of the research is the diagnosis of the mechanism of economic security management of the enterprise in unstable modern conditions. Methods of the research. The following methods have been used: general scientific methods of system approach and system analysis to generalize and develop theoretical and organizational economic bases of economic security in the system of strategic management of the enterprise and to analyze the current state of economic security of enterprises; general scientific methods of system analysis and specification for the formation of strategic goals of economic security management of the enterprise. Purpose of the research is to develop theoretical instructions and recommendations for diagnostics in the system of economic security management of the enterprise Results of the research. The following mechanisms have been developed: a mechanism for diagnosing the level of economic security of the enterprise, based on a system of key indicators; the mechanism of selection the points of growth of the enterprise based on ideas of the theory of constraints; the mechanism of enterprise recovery from the crisis, based on the concept of value management; management system of economic security of the enterprise on the basis of the reproductive approach taking into account influence of economic contradictions. Conclusion of the research. On the basis of anthropocentric approach to the analysis of visual self-presentations of Italian women artists of the Renaissance and Baroque period fill in the gaps that exist in domestic art history regarding the works of Plautilla Nelli, Sofonisba Anguissola, Lavinia Fontana, Marietta Robusti, Artemisia Gentileschi, Arcangela Paladini, Giovanna Garzoni, Elisabetta Sirani and the sculptor Properzia de’ Rossi. Theoretical basis. The principles and methods of philosophical and anthropological research in combination with biographical, historical, comparative, iconographic and figurative and stylistic methods were used in writing the monograph. The scientific novelty lies in the author's method of analyzing works of visual art from the point of view of anthropocentric approach, as well as in considering the creativity of women artists of Renaissance and Baroque period in Italy as their self-objectifications, which give rise to a new cultural reality. Conclusions. Creativity by Italian women artists Plautilla Nelli, Sofonisba Anguissola, Lavinia Fontana, Marietta Robusti, Artemisia Gentileschi, Arcangela Paladini, Giovanna Garzoni, Elisabetta Sirani and the sculptor Properzia de’ Rossi in diachronic view can be expanded. During 16th–17th centuries, several talented female painters and one female sculptor worked in Italian fine arts. The essence and the content of the category «information space of controlling information» are considered, which made it possible to define the main centers of its production (primary structural units, analytical services of enterprises, external entities of information creation for management) and to distinguish specific features of different types of controlling information (external, internal, horizontal, vertical) and their role in the enterprise management process. It is proposed to consider the information space of controlling information as a single environment for the circulation of data on different components of development of an individual entity, in which separate centers of production of such data carry out activities and operate technical and relevant information systems for their analysis and transfer to management for decision-making. {"title":"ROKYTNE GLASS FACTORY. SOVIET RECONSTRUCTION AND MODERNIZATION (1939–1945)","authors":"L. Rudnytska","doi":"10.30525/978-9934-26-021-6-12","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30525/978-9934-26-021-6-12","url":null,"abstract":"The article has been explored the features of the reconstruction and technical modernization of Rokytne glass factory during 1939-1945. The historiographical and source base made it possible to carry out a comprehensive scientific study on the issue. The economic transformations at the Rokytne glass factory can roughly be divided into three periods, namely Soviet nationalization, occupation, the beginning of reconstruction, during which both reconstruction and modernization of the enterprise were implemented. The Second World War led to colossal coup, the former Polish territories underwent changes; Rokytne village became a typical Soviet settlement of district importance. The first arrival of Soviet power in 1939 led to administrative and territorial transformations, especially the loss of urban status Rokytne town, and the wave of nationalization: glassworks, banks, transport, land, forced expropriation of property; repression and deportation were considered the core of a sharp decreasing of living standards and their social and cultural degradation. The glass factory nationalization after Rokytnе joined and considered as a part of the USSR in 1939 had the main objective to unify all production processes according to Soviet standards and introduce (implement) traditional methods of administration at the enterprise entities. The ownership underwent the noticeable transformations. The majority of the engineers, retreating army moved to Poland, taking with them the equipment and technical documentation as well in order to set up Kama-Vitrum, a new glass plant. With the beginning of the Soviet-German confrontation, the occupation enterprise policy provided primarily for the production of glass products, especially sheet glass, in order to satisfy war needs with minimal material and technical restoration to provide primitive conditions for conveyor production process. After the liberation in 1944, the Soviet economy suffered from the crisis at the initial stage of reconstruction due to the lack of financial, material and human resources in order to implement modernization, reconstruction and reconstruction processes at industrial facilities of local and national importance. Therefore, it is important to solve the problem of creating and large-scale implementation of modern energy-efficient heat technologies that reduce energy. This is especially true for providing the population to food, as an additional complication is that the production and processing of agricultural raw materials occurs in conditions of increased consumption of gas and other energy sources with low coefficient of performance and high losses of raw materials during processing. Food and nutrition play a leading role in everyone's life, no matter how we treat it. Nutrition is a key moment in the life of every living organism. Functional foods have evolved as a separate category and are not always considered as dietary supplements. Functional food products (FFP) are the products influencing a functional condition of an organism for the purpose of its increase - resistance, working capacity, prolongation of life. Although the definitions of functional products are different, they are basically ordinary foods and beverages, but enriched with a functional component - a nutrient that plays a special physiological role in the body, has a positive effect on human health. The purpose of the paper is a theoretical and experimental substantiation of complex and efficient processing of vegetable raw materials, creation of energy-efficient heat technology of agricultural raw materials processing in order to obtain functional products with maximum preservation of biologically active substances. In this work, 4 groups of functional foods were studied (according to the classification of the main plant functional ingredients of Doctor of Technical Sciences Petrova Zh.O.) - these are antioxidants, phytoestrogens, folates, prebiotics. An important point is to increase energy efficiency with maximum preservation of functional ingredients of raw materials. Preliminary preparation of raw materials for drying was developed and researched, optimal dehydration regime parameters were selected, which allow to reduce energy consumption for the process and to keep BAS for each group of functional raw materials at a high level. Since the increase in energy costs for drying is associated with the difficulty of removing moisture from plant material, it was important to investigate changes in the specific heat of evaporation of water from functional compositions. The conducted experimental researches confirmed the theoretical assumption of dependence of specific heat of evaporation of water from parenchymal fabrics of plants on composite components of raw materials. It is emphasized that the methods of applying blended learning models in conditions of forced long-term isolation of students are studied. The positive and negative aspects of the education shift towards an interactive mode are identified, the principles of enhancing innovative educational process effectiveness are revealed. It is stressed that blended learning is any learning process that involves the student gaining integrated learning experience, alternating classroom, and extracurricular activities. The latter is held in an electronic or online format, with partial or full teaching supervision. What is more, the teacher receives tools for innovative control of the educational activities of the class, as well as individual pupils and students. As a result, there is a gradual reorientation of the classical approach, when the class is focused on the teacher, and teaching is focused on a pupil or a student. It is especially emphasized that the effectiveness of blended learning “closed” the issues of education at a difficult time for Ukraine, which was one of the reasons for the appearance of the Acts on education that allowed tutors to involve both our own and international educational online platforms in the educational process. It is specially noted that they, in turn, will ensure the continuity of the process of obtaining knowledge, lead to a modular type of study and even online certification. However, it is reported that the forced introduction of blended learning has opened up a number of problems associated with the introduction of such training services. It is worth noting that there is a lack of standards among the shortcomings of the emergency implementation of blended learning. In the paper, changes, as well as own copyright developments to adjust the common models of blended learning in order to minimize direct contacts between the teacher and students are proposed and justified.
