Elle est celle même qui oppose Athènes et Jérusalem. L’interdit de la représentation dans le monothéisme biblique exprime bien l’importance de la parole et, par conséquent, la définition de l’humain par l’univers du sens ouvert à l’infini. Mâle. L’auteur identifie sept types de rapports entre l’animal et l’allégorie qu’il accompagne. Il dresse un tableau des animaux cités dans cet ouvrage et des allégories auxquelles ils renvoient en tant qu’attributs.
