The most common analytical equations used for the end winding leakage inductance calculations are analyzed, compared and implemented into the finite element method based models of the induction machine. The main differences between the end winding leakage inductance calculation approaches have been identified via comparison of the output motor characteristics obtained from the 2D numerical models. Based on the 2D numerical simulations the prototype was produced. This is reached due to the specific properties of energy conversion in wind turbines with aerodynamic multiplication, namely, the generator speed is constant at variable speed of wind machine; the multiplier is absent; higher dynamic stability under wind gusts. We have shown the possibility to realize universal technical solutions, regardless of the state of weather conditions and changes in the parameters of the power transmission system. We have presented the most real variants to realize high-power energy conversion schemes, which enable us to increase the effectiveness of wind turbines with aerodynamic multiplication, depending on their capacity. The formation of such competence occurs under the condition of teaching students special disciplines – “Valeology”, “Fundamentals of Medical Knowledge”, $prime$ 'Fundamentals of Life Safety”, “Health Pedagogy”. Partially, this task is performed by related disciplines - “Labor Protection”, “Fundamentals of Ecology”, etc. The article analyzes the experience of creating new valeological disciplines “Fundamentals of Medical Knowledge” and “Health Pedagogy”, testing them in two Kharkiv's electrical, power engineering and engineering-pedagogical higher education institutions in 2019–2022. Comparison of expectations from the discipline of students and expert opinion on the “weight” distribution of topics in the construction of a factor-criteria qualimetric model of valeological competence, which must be formed among students, is carried out. The necessity for art education is caused by the mentality of the Ukrainian population. These types of education together demonstrate the unity of the material and spiritual development of Ukrainian society. Russia's military aggression harms the organization of electrical engineering and art education. These types of education are characterized by special organization of the educational process. Specific research methods: the binary relationship “engineering education - art education” proves the single didactic basis of these educations; full induction allows you to define educational institutions as elements of the sides of a binary relation; mental analysis made it possible to single out inseparable aspects of the organization of the educational process; qualitative and quantitative typological grouping made it possible to reveal the peculiarities of the organization of both types of education. The paper substantiates a unified approach to the organization of electrical engineering and art education under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. A system of argumentation that proves the dominance of practical experience (knowledge, skills) over theoretical concepts (knowledge) in fundamentally different fields of knowledge should be considered the main scientific achievement. The requirements for an asynchronous motor operating in conjunction with a semiconductor voltage regulator are proposed. It is necessary to maintain an approximate constancy of the ratio of idle and load losses during regulation and to achieve small nonlinear distortions and slip changes in the working areas of the adjusting mechanical characteristics. Small starting current multiplications and increased starting torques are also required. The fulfillment of such requirements is achieved by the formation of an “excavator” mechanical characteristic of the motor using the effect of current displacement in shielded or ferromagnetic sections of the short-circuited winding. The fulfillment of these requirements increases the technical and economic performance and competitiveness of the named electric drive. The efficiency of the installation of ferromagnetic elements in the short-circuiting frontal sections of the rotor winding has been confirmed experimentally. The developed system involves an organic combination of two forms of education - full-time and online training. It is considered that online learning is designed to support different forms of educational training as lectures, practical, seminar and laboratory classes. Lectures during online learning are accompanied by video lectures, presentations and interactive content. Practical and seminar classes involve practical tasks, engineering calculation projects, online training tasks, online instructions and interactive posters. The presentation of practical works and engineering calculation projects occurs through participation in webinars. For performing laboratory works it is possible to use virtual labs and video instructions. The control of knowledge involves interactive online tests, discussions in chats and webinars. In the context of the disciplines for electrical engineers it is shown how to use interactive online tools in the conditions of blended learning.
