Internet of Things (IoT) in ICSs allows cyber-criminals to utilize systems' vulnerabilities towards deploying cyber-attacks. To distinguish risks and keep an eye on malicious activity in networking systems, An Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is essential. IDS shall be used by system admins to identify unwanted accesses by attackers in various industries. It is now a necessary component of each organization's security governance. The main objective of this intended work is to establish a deep learning-depended intrusion detection system that can quickly identify intrusions and other unwanted behaviors that have the potential to interfere with networking systems. The work in this paper uses One Hot encoder for preprocessing and the Auto encoder for feature extraction. On KDD99 CUP, a data - set for network intruding, we categorize the normal and abnormal data applying a Deep Convolutional Neural Network (DCNN), a deep learning-based methodology. The experimental findings demonstrate that, in comparison with SVM linear Kernel model, SVM RBF Kernel model, the suggested deep learning model operates better.","PeriodicalId":243784,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems (ICAISS)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128837411","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since Cerebral Palsy is non progressive disease, the condition does not get better or worse as times goes on. But several symptoms can be improved and managed with adequate treatment. Through Electromyogram (EMG) signal it is possible to study the response of cerebral palsy patient to the therapeutic exercises commonly prescribed by physiotherapists. The use of this prognostic tool is to predict whether the condition of the patient is improved in future or not. MATLAB is used to calculate parameters such as Root Mean Square (RMS) and Average Rectified Value (ARV) from muscle potential of both healthy and Cerebral Palsy participants. The findings imply that abnormal subjects have higher muscular potential than normal subjects. This rationale will be used as a criterion to track the progress of cerebral palsy patients.","PeriodicalId":243784,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems (ICAISS)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126436020","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Repetitive tasks like sorting emails, group emailing, recording entries, etc. has become common in business. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) helps you to perform these repetitive tasks in an easy manner and also saves lot of money and time. It reduces the involvement of programming in solving such tasks. In handling large amount of data Spreadsheet plays an important role in storing the data. But in order to process or query the data in spreadsheet, it's a tedious task. There is a requirement to transfer the data available in spreadsheet into any database like MS Access in order to query the data in the required formats. RPA plays a major role in executing such tasks in a simple and efficient manner. This paper throws a light on the steps in transferring the values from a spreadsheet sheet to a database table through the use of Automation Anywhere cloud. Bots are created to automate such a task. There is no necessity of programming language knowledge to create bots.","PeriodicalId":243784,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems (ICAISS)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121317894","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To avoid such occurrences, this paper has proposed an efficient waste management system. An ultrasonic sensor is set on the top of the bin which will measure the height of the garbage can. The regulator is customized so that, the remaining space and the maximum level of the bin are displayed. When the wastage arrives at the edge level ultrasonic sensor, the IoT module gets activated and consistently cautions the necessary authority until the trash in the bin is removed. At regular spans, the dustbins can be emptied. It likewise has an odor sensor that sprays perfume to maintain a pleasant environment.","PeriodicalId":243784,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems (ICAISS)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126398025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Blind people often use guide dogs which are expensive, canes, or other people to find their way around. Over the years, various tools have been developed to make the process of way-finding easier for the visually impaired, based on numerous technologies, including computer vision, SLAM algorithms and embedded systems. In the following paper, a number of the most effective tools and their corresponding mechanisms are discussed. These have been divided into software and hardware-oriented tools to provide the reader with better clarity. Furthermore, an analysis of the effectiveness of these alternative methods has been done, along with possible solutions to any shortcomings posed by these tools. The review concludes with a discussion about the different aspects to keep in mind while building navigational tools to assist the visually impaired.","PeriodicalId":243784,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems (ICAISS)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121481259","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many precautions have been taken to prevent the spread of this disease, including the usage of masks, which is strongly recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). This research study has used the Viola-Jones algorithm for detecting face masks, where Histogram Equalization, Unsharp Filter and Gamma Correction are used as the preferred image pre-processing techniques to improve the overall accuracy. Haar Feature Selection is applied for creating integral images and AdaBoost training is performed on these images. Cascade classifier, a machine learning-based approach, is also integrated with the base algorithm where a cascade function assists Viola-Jones in accurately detecting objects in images. A total number of 1670 images is used in this work and our system is compared with four other machine learning algorithms, where Viola-Jones outperforms these ML-based classifiers and the overall accuracy obtained is 96%.","PeriodicalId":243784,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems (ICAISS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127757672","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This aids in bringing out the best from the programs that these institutes provide to students. As a part of this process, various analyses is done to understand the level to which the Teaching-Learning process has been effective, and for accreditors to inspect and accredit the program. This has been commonly implemented in a data oriented manner. The proposed work intends to amalgamate this approach along with a faculty oriented approach, such that it not only brings out the analyses, but it also simplifies the overall process. A part of the proposed work involves a stack based approach to extract properties of questions, such as Course Outcomes(COs), Bloom's Taxonomy levels(BTLs), Difficulty levels(DLs), Total marks, and store it in the Database. The other part includes the attainment calculations for each course, and the analyses for each course based on various attributes. To surmount the above problem, a prototype for animal intrusion detection has been designed using a modified CNN algorithm to efficiently detect the existence of animal intrusion in the crop field. It provides an alert signal to indicate while averting the animal with no injuries. This paper proposes a system that includes a PIR sensor, Thermal Imaging camera, GSM module and hologram connected with the Raspberry Pi module. A Modified CNN algorithm is used to validate the captured animal image and later alert the user. Absolute crop protection is guaranteed from animal trespass thereby protecting the farmer's from huge loss.","PeriodicalId":243784,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems (ICAISS)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130382238","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Clinical diagnosis and early intervention of depression are greatly aided by an automatic depression detection system. In this study, we suggest a novel automated major depressive disorder (AMDD) detection technique that makes use of audio-visual parameters from patients. PCA is used as dimension reduction for feature selection. After these two types of signals' effective characteristics were extracted and selected, we trained classifiers on each modality. SVM is taken into account for classification. According to our research, fusing features from different data modalities performs better than using just one, and combining audio-visual data modalities' features results in the highest classification accuracy. Comparing the accuracy of the feature selection approach to other methods, PCA significantly increased the accuracy. Also, SVM gives the best in class accuracy of 99.15% on DAIC-WOZ dataset.","PeriodicalId":243784,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Augmented Intelligence and Sustainable Systems (ICAISS)","volume":"144 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115539798","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
