The recognition of semantic information from visual content is an important task in video retrieval. Semantic network which captures the semantic relationships among concepts can be used for video annotation. In this paper, we present an improved three-phase dependency analysis (ITPDA) algorithm constructing Bayesian Network to automatically discover the relationship network among the concepts, and then we can use the constructed semantic network to annotate an unknown video shot. The advantage over the traditional three-phase dependency analysis (TTPDA) algorithm is that no requirement for the users to provide any node ordering. The system can automatically orient the edges of the network when users can not give a node ordering. The computation complexity is reduced from O(N4) to O(N2) (N is the number of nodes in the network) when orienting the edges. Nevertheless, we haven't seen a completely unified or satisfying OA system for campus, government and military. But, with the Web progressing rapidly, Web based office has its day. In this paper, we put forward a new design of the open architecture and Web based office mode that is using in military universities and colleges. Firstly, we will briefly discuss this kind of office mode that are taking place the all-in-one OA system mode, which aimed to push all functions or subsystems into one unified OA system. Facts proven, the all-in-one OA system doesn't fit today e-society. Then we detail the structure of open architecture and Web based office mode. It mainly includes three parts: the first part is the basic shared and common platform. Those are the unified management standards and its standard management information system, the unified user management information platform, and the unified data management information platform, and unified portal management platform. The second part is the varieties of applications, including existed systems and newly developed systems. We propose an approach for discovering domain hierarchies from Web link structures, and formalizing domain vocabulary and patterns as association rules on these domains for NER. In this paper, a personalized recommendation model based on the user-state awareness is proposed. In the design of P2PTV systems, there is a fundamental trade-off between the better Quality-of-Service (QoS) desired by the viewers and the lower resource consumption preferred by the P2PTV distributors as well as the Internet Service Providers (ISPs). This trade-off is partially caused by the time-varying and limited capabilities of the overlay connections. Observing the potential duplication of the television media streams, we propose a metadata-based delivery framework for P2PTV. In contrast to previous efforts, this framework distributes the original media streams as well as the associated metadata information simultaneously. As a result, the streaming clients at the viewer side are able to identify duplicated content segments in media streams and avoid requesting the duplicated content multiple times. In this way, the P2PTV distributors, ISPs and viewers could reduce their upload bandwidth consumption. Moreover, the distributors within this framework can discriminate various media content according to time constraints such that they could apply different uploading policies to live, pre-recorded and hybrid media content. In addition, the adaptivity of various manufacturing elements in network was analyzed. However, those formal specifications are strongly biased by the underlying verification model instead of representing the intuitive concepts. And few people researches on relations between different properties. In this paper, we introduce the formal specification of some properties of system and present a different reasoning approach to establish relations of abstract security properties based on abstract system operating model for the first time. We show the approach is feasible by examples of four security properties, which are reliability, stability, survivability and availability, related to system design and implementation.
