In this paper, a new recognition method based on contour lines of ambiguity function and stacked denoising auto-encoders is proposed. First, an ambiguity function is processed by the Gaussian smoothing and calculate contour lines by linear interpolation. Then, principal component analysis is used to reduce its feature dimension, retain the main ambiguity energy information. Finally, deep learning stacked denoising auto-encoders are built to learn and extract the deep and more ubiquitous features of contour lines, and classify them through the Softmax classifier. The simulated experiments show that the overall average recognition rate of the six typical radar signals is maintained above 99.83% when the signal-noise ratio is 0dB. Spectral measures of linear Granger causality have been widely applied to study the causal connectivity between time series data in neuroscience, biology, and economics. Traditional Granger causality measures are based on linear autoregressive with exogenous inputs models of time series data, which cannot truly reveal nonlinear effects in the data especially in the frequency domain. In this paper, we used nonlinear Granger causality based on kernel methods to study the effective connectivity between the frontal brain area and the posterior brain area in the mathematical frontoparietal network system during deductive reasoning tasks. First, extract the initial contours of the input image, use the proposed virtual connection-based contour processing scheme to merge adjacent contours and remove isolated contours, and use the designed shortest path-based closed-loop search scheme to merge the contours with longer distances to obtain Saliency map for contour detection. Then, an adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm is used to process the saliency map based on background template suppression to obtain the binarized saliency map and the salient pixels. By removing the complete area of the contour with the proportion of salient pixels smaller than the specified threshold, an optimized saliency map based on contour detection is obtained. Finally, merge it with the binarized saliency map to obtain a complete saliency map. In order to obtain a more accurate target contour, solve the problem that the level set method is sensitive to the initial contour, and make the algorithm more robust to noise, this thesis uses the guided filter fuzzy clustering algorithm to perform image pre-segmentation, and then combines with the level set model based on local area fitting information. First, the fuzzy clustering algorithm is used to obtain the control parameters of the level set evolution. Then, combined with the local neighborhood characteristics of the image points, the regional term coefficients and edge stop functions of the level set model are improved. Finally, the Gaussian Laplacian energy term is introduced to enhance the edge information of the target. The interpolation of the delay unit is completed by the internal feed structure of FPGA to measure the time interval smaller than the system clock, which is combined with the pulse counting method to increase the range of the delay unit interpolation measurement. Finally, the FPGA is used to control the DAC7512 output voltage in real time to adjust the output of the local crystal based on the time interval output value.
