Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Digital PR pada Media Internal Kontak melalui lima tahapan, yaitu (1) planning yakni dengan merencanakan tujuan dengan membuat perencanaan taktis yang dikategorisasikan menjadi penentuan rubrik, penentuan PIC dan penentuan tema pada setiap edisi Media Internal Kontak yang akan diterbitkan. (2) organizing dengan melakukan staffing (pembagian kerja) kepada seluruh individu yang terlibat dalam pembuatan konten Media Internal Kontak. (3) communicating yakni dengan memanfaatkan beberapa media diantaranya, portal internal E-office, Corporate Email dan Whatsapp untuk publikasi Media Internal Kontak kepada publik internal. (4) controlling dengan melakukan pengawasan bersifat internal berupa pengawasan konten, serta menampung saran dan kritik dari pembaca. (5) evaluating, menyewa jasa konsultan humas, melakukan evaluasi bulanan, serta melaksanakan evaluasi tahunan. \u0000Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan; Digital Public Relations; Media Internal \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000This research aims to find out the management of Digital Public Relations through Internal Media Contact of PT Kereta Api Indonesia. The research method uses a descriptive method, while the data collection technique performed is an in-depth interview. The results showed that the management of Digital PR in Internal Media Contact through five stages, namely (1) planning by planning the objective by making tactical planning categorized into the determination of rubrics, pic determination and determination of themes in each edition of Internal Media Contact to be published. (2) organizing by staffing to all individuals involved in the creation of Internal Media Contact content. (3) communicating by utilizing several media including, internal portal E-office, Corporate Email and Whatsapp for publication of Internal Media Contacts to the internal public. (4) controlling by conducting internal surveillance in the form of content supervision, as well as accommodating advice and criticism from readers. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan sumber data yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil wawancara informan dan dokumentasi berupa foto. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori belajar konstruktivistik yang berhubungan dengan tahapan operasional humas. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using a qualitative approach and data sources used are based on the results of informant interviews and documentation in the form of photos. The theory used is a constructivist learning theory related to the operational stages of public relations. Secara lebih rinci tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tahapan proses strategi tersebut, mulai dari tahap mencari data sampai evaluasi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada konsep Four Step Public Relations kemudian dianalogikan pada proses strategi Media Relations yang implementasinya identik dengan aktivitas strategi yang di dalamnya terdiri dari pencarian data, perencanaan dan pemrograman, pengambilan tindakan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan Media Gathering yang dilakukan oleh PT Bio Farma (Persero) terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan, bersifat formal dan informal. Kegiatan formal berisi pemberian informasi dan materi mengenai perusahaan tentang hal yang akan dilakukan oleh perusahaan sehingga perlu dipublikasi, kegiatan informal berisi kegiatan “Fun” seperti outbound hal ini bertujuan untuk pendakatan personal antara perusahaan dengan media. \u0000Kata Kunci: Media Relations, Media Gathering, Reputasi \u0000This study aims to determine how the strategic process of PT Bio Farma (Persero) Media Relations through Media Gathering in maintaining the company's reputation. In more detail, the purpose of this study is to determine the stages of the strategy process, from the data search stage to evaluation. This research is based on the concept of Four Step Public Relations and then analogous to the process of Media Relations strategy whose implementation is identical to strategic activities consisting of data search, planning and programming, taking action, and evaluation. The method used is descriptive method and data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the Media Gathering activities conducted by PT Bio Farma (Persero) consisted of several activities both formal and informal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode deskriptif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan fenomena yang diteliti berdasarkan data dari informan yaitu Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen public relations yang dilakukan Disdik Cimahi dalam sosialisasi program pemberian insentif guru ngaji diawali dengan tahap (1) pencarian data (fact finding) meliputi a) analisis program dan b) analisis khalayak. Tahap (2) perencanaan meliputi a) penetapan tujuan, b) menyusun kerangka acuan kerja (KAK), c) menetapkan target sasaran dan d) menyusun anggaran. Tahap (3) bertindak dan berkomunikasi meliputi a) penentuan sifat, tatanan dan jenis komunikasi, b) menyusun pesan sosialisasi dan c) menentukan komunikator sosialisasi. Mengingat majalah internal yang diterbitkan oleh Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki eksistensi yang cukup tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, dimana penelitian ini menguraikan dan menjabarkan dengan jelas bagaimana proses manajemen majalah Surili. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Jawa Barat menggunakan konsep four steps Public Relations dalam proses pembuatan majalah Surili meliputi : (1) tahap merumuskan masalah yang terdiri dari analisis situasi, aspirasi dan kompilasi data dan informasi; (2) tahap perencanaan program yang terdiri dari menentukan tujuan, nama majalah, target pembaca, konten majalah, desain, dan jadwal; (3) tahap tindakan dan komunikasi yang terdiri dari mengemas pesan untuk khalayak, melibatkan pegawai dalam penulisan dan melakukan promosi; dan (4) tahap evaluasi yang terdiri dari diskusi dan evaluasi tim penyusun majalah. \u0000This study aims to find out more about the management of the use of Surili magazine as a form of forest care in West Java. Considering that an internal magazine published by the West Java Provincial Forestry Service has a fairly high existence. The research method used is descriptive analysis, where this study describes and clearly describes the management process of Surili magazine. Hal ini merupakan adanya gerak cepat dari pemerintah setempat untuk memoles wajah Kabupaten Purwakarta.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya pemerintah dalam membentuk citra Purwakarta dilihat dari konsep proses pembentukan citra (Ardianto: 2002) yang mana didalamnya terdiri dari persepsi, keyakinan, motivasi dan sikap. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme, pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa untuk membentuk persepsi masyarkat diadakannya perbaikan infastruktur dan menciptakan slogan baru atau city branding. Cara meyakinkan masyarakat menegnai informasi yang disampaikan di lakukan hubungan kerjasama dengan beberapa media cetak dan menciptakan sebuah aplikasi. Cara memotivasi masyarakat dengan diadakan pembangunan ifastruktur penunjang masyarakat dengan menyediakan fasilitas umum dan membentuk sikap masyarakat diadakannya pembaharuan pembangunan. \u0000A good image that can be said as a positive image of an area needs to be built by the local government. The face of Purwakarta Regency is currently more widely known by the public compared to 10 years ago especially in the local wisdom sector. This is a quick move from the local government to polish the face of Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the government's efforts to shape the image of Purwakarta seen from the concept of the process of image formation (Ardianto: 2002) which consists of perceptions, beliefs, motivations and attitudes. This research uses constructivism paradigm, qualitative approach and case study method. The results of the study show that to establish community perceptions there is an improvement in infrastructure and creating a new slogan or city branding. How to convince the public about the information conveyed in a cooperative relationship with several print media and create an application. How to motivate the community with the construction of community support infrastructure by providing public facilities and shaping the attitude of the community for the development of development.
