For this reason, it needs a sort of processing which can increase the economic value and the variety of fishery products as well. One way is to make fish nugget. An experimental study had been applied in this research with steaming time on the fish nugget as treatment of the research. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used and there were 4 (four) treatments for the length of steaming time as followed: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes respectively. Each treatment has 3 (three) times replication. The parameters of the experiment that had been observed were: protein, fat and water content, while the organoleptic test was used in order to know the people acceptance of the product in terms of aroma, colour, and texture. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Least Real Different test was used to analyze the observed data. The recovery process needs a long time, high cost, facilities, medicine, professional trained that have authority, hard longing from the sufferer, support and caring from own family. Family support could create a sound and ease condition recovery process. The purpose of the research is to describe the type of family supports which should be received from adolescents who are the victim of narcotics in the recovering process. Based on the social theory, the type of support will be diverged into information, emotional, and self-value. The type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The number of sample of the research is 24 samples. The result of the research showed that those who were the sample of narcotic victim got family support such as medicine; on the other hand, they did not have family support in terms of information such as books or film related to the healing process of the narcotic victim. Giving additional food to preschool children can increase body weight and hemoglobin content to prevent the incidence of protein and energy malnutrition (PEM). The purpose of the research is to know the impact of food formula product using mug-bean and fish flour with local red rice and banana as basic food. Factorial experimental design with two-time replications and Randomized Block Design (RBD) as basic design were used in the research. Protein content was analyzed using Kjeldahl methods, and carbohydrate content was analyzed using Shaffer-Somogyi II methods, while fat content was analyzed using extract ether. The result of the research showed that there was a significant difference (P<0.05) and higher protein content on additional 50 grams of mug-bean and fish flour separately compared with an additional 0 and 25 grams of mug-bean and fish flour respectively. While carbohydrate content analysis for additional mug-bean on food formula showed that the additional 50 grams of mug-bean and fish flour separately has a significant difference (P<0.05) and lower carbohydrate content compared with additional 0 and 25 gram of mug-bean and fish flour respectively. Therefore, the Program Pemberantasan Penyakit ISPA (P2ISPA) must be conducted on Puskesmas level. The effort on the ISPA Eradication Program in Indonesia was launched in 1984 alongside the WHO’s global program. In order to achieve better implementation on it, good management is needed to reach the desired goals. The aim of this study is to describe: 1) the planning function of the program; 2) the organizational function of the program; 3) the implemental function of the program; 4) the supervising function of the program. The type of study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach method. The population is 15 officers of Puskesmas Pasir Panjang that also taken as a sample. There is a supervising function though with a minimum scope of the service area, as observed, and only at the Puskesmas by the Dinas Kesehatan Kota and no proper evaluation program. The subjects of this research are mothers of children under three years with malnutrition in Kelurahan Karang Siri Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Data were collected and calculated by a proportion formula of 20 %. The total number of respondents in this study is 22 mothers. This study used a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-tested post-tested. The data was gathered using questionnaire and interviews and the result was analyzed by Wilcoxon (ά = 0.05). Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in mothers‘ knowledge for providing nutritional diet for children under three years old after combining the discussion and simulation method (p=0.000 < 0.05). This study found that the combination of discussion and simulation method had an impact on changing behaviour among mothers in providing nutritional diet for children under three years old at Kelurahan Karang Siri Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan in 2009. This research is descriptive. Research sample is patient paying a visit in out-patient service room of Bajawa public hospital. The sample of this research is 70 respondents which is determined by proportional stratified random sampling way. It is observational-analytic research by using the design of the cross-sectional study. The population of this research is all 10 nurses in the Emergency Unit at RSUD Baa Sub District the Regency of Rote Ndao. This population is also a sample of this research. This research applies Phi-Coefficient of Association as the statistical test to test the relationship between lighting and fatigue work, and also to Contingency Coefficient Test to test the relationship between shift work and fatigue work. The result of the research shows that there is a relationship between lighting and fatigue work of nurses in the Emergency Unit at RSUD Baa Sub District the Regency of Rote Ndao in 2008 with p = 0,033. Moreover, there is a relationship between shift work and fatigue work of nurses in the Emergency Unit at RSUD Baa Sub District the Regency of Rote Ndao in 2008 with p = 0,040. The sites of research are Region Secretariat of Belu Regency, Health Official of Belu Regency and Assembly at Belu Regency. Samples are gotten according to purposive sampling. The result of the research shows that stakeholder comprehension and data availability have good, stakeholder support to data and information of health region regulation not good because the health regulation has formed with its substance only related with health service retribution and health institution. Stakeholder perception to data and information of health region regulation have good, be seen from stakeholder comprehension to data and information.
