In an effort to overcome this problem, the Fishbone method is used to identify root causes and design appropriate solutions. Through in-depth analysis, various factors such as people, process, technology, environment, and policies were identified as contributing to effectiveness in conveying information to the public. The results of this analysis form the basis for corrective actions, such as training immigration officers, streamlining procedures, increasing use of social media, and increasing access to information. Thus, the Fishbone method provides strong and systematic insights in improving the socialization of passport services, supporting immigration offices in facing challenges, and optimizing the community's experience.","PeriodicalId":237253,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Abdimas Imigrasi","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135748291","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Existing exam applications are still limited in available features. This community service aims to support schools in adopting CBT (Computer Based Test) in administering exams. The problems identified include weaknesses in the existing software and limitations in immigration officer literacy regarding its use. The method of implementing this community service is Service Learning. Activities consist of surveys and CBT software development, training, and mentoring. The implementation of the initial study identified the weaknesses of the existing application, namely regarding aspects of effectiveness and the required features that were unavailable. CBT development is conducted by enhancing usability through adding features and convenience. Training and mentoring are carried out to improve mastery and effectiveness of CBT use. The evaluation showed an increase in the immigration officer understanding of the application, the ability to make evaluations, satisfaction and the effectiveness of using the application. Other outputs were also fulfilled: the CBT application (UHW-CBT Kantor Imigrasi Sukabumi version), training modules, user manuals, intellectual property rights, and publications. This program has increased the adoption of CBT, which can be seen from the aspects of CBT software availability, use, literacy, a form of evaluation and recap, and test score ranking. The follow-up plan for this program is ongoing assistance according to partner needs.","PeriodicalId":237253,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Abdimas Imigrasi","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135748293","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study applies the observation method to explore efforts to prevent trafficking in persons at the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Bekasi. Observations were made to reveal prevention practices in real contexts, interactions between officers and the public, as well as the impact of prevention programs.

 The observation results indicate that the Immigration Office has adopted various strategies to prevent trafficking in persons. Through the document inspection process, officers carefully identify potential falsification of identity and travel documentation. Outreach programs play an important role in increasing the awareness and understanding of the public and officials about trafficking in persons.
 The interaction between officers and the community seems to be going well, with the community responding positively to prevention efforts. Observations also reveal that cooperation with external agencies, such as the police and non-governmental organizations, plays a role in sharing information and handling cases.
 However, the observations also identified challenges, such as the existence of complex situations and the dynamics of cross-border corridors. Observations indicate that policy adaptation and improvement of prevention practices can contribute to overcoming this challenge.
 Taking into account the results of observations, this study provides an in-depth understanding of the prevention of trafficking in persons at the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Bekasi. The practical implications of this research involve improving prevention processes, increasing the effectiveness of outreach programs, and developing cross-sectoral collaboration. As such, observation emerges as an important method of understanding and strengthening efforts to prevent trafficking in persons in this environment.","PeriodicalId":237253,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Abdimas Imigrasi","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136006408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Covid-19 or Corona Virus is the cause. When entering the end of 2019 in December the first Covid-19 cases appeared in the city of Wuhan, China (People's Republic of China). This virus spreads very quickly through droplets or fluids. At the beginning of March 2020, Covid-19 cases had started to enter Indonesia, precisely in Depok City. It is reported that there are 2 people who have contracted Covid-19.. People began to self-quarantine at home, and always maintain cleanliness by washing hands and using hand sanitizer. Some people even spray disinfectant in their homes to kill the Covid-19 virus. The government has also stepped in to tackle this problem. The government asks residents to always comply with health protocols and use masks and reduce activities outside the home if it is not too urgent. The Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration issues policies related to making passports during the pandemic, such as limiting the number of passport applicants in the immigration office. Applicants are also required to follow the health protocol rules set by the immigration authorities.","PeriodicalId":237253,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Abdimas Imigrasi","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124714582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Watu Karung and Pancer Door beaches are also affected by the beach. One of the main factors that can support the cleanliness of the coast is the existence of pro-active actions from the surrounding community and beach visitors. Therefore, through the 2020 Latjapura activity, the Immigration Polytechnic Cadets carry out community service activities by mutual cooperation around the coast to provide benefits to the community and the surrounding ecosystem and increase awareness of the cleanliness of the surrounding community in order to create a good ecosystem and ecotourism-based beaches.
