A polysorbate-type nonionic surfactant and alcohol ethoxylatesurfactant (Galaxy MW-259) were used in different proportions to obtain stable nanoemulsions at the lowest possible droplet size. The emulsification process variables such as ratio of alcohol ethoxylatesurfactant to polysorbate-type nonionic surfactant, surfactant concentration, ratio of Neem oil to pine oil, oil weight fraction and sonication time were studied. The optimal variables include the ratio of alcohol ethoxylatesurfactant to polysorbate-type non-ionic surfactant of 80:20, surfactant concentration of 4%, ratio of Neem oil to pine oil of 80:20, oil weight fraction of 20% and 20 min of sonication time at 40% of the applied power. Nano-emulsions were found to be very stable with emulsion droplet size around 25-30 nm. The traditional method and probe sonicator methods are used for the preparation of oil in water Nano-emulsion of Neem oil, pine oil, a non-ionic binary surfactant system is used as an emulsifier. The booming wireless technology IoT ( Internet of Things) has captured the greater share of such. The present work explores the application of such technology in developing an energy meter and that unit transmits the used energy units to the control center using IoT. This wireless energy metering and E billing for the domestic user overcome the manual reading of energy from the consumer meter and undue delays in billing as well as associated erroneous readings etc. The proposed unit consists of a Arduino controller with associated hardware and display unit to indicate the consumed energy in the users meter as well as interactive messages to the user regarding Tariff, usage pattern, conservation opportunities and probable load shedding etc. The user can set the required probable maximum limit of usage of energy unit and an alert message is received as the usage is reached or just after crossing. An encouraging message is sent to the user on saving specific block of energy leading to the conservation. The meter relay turns off the power on special condition like door lock (Non usage of power) and avoid un intended billing and possible theft. An interactive message is sent to the consumer regarding the same as when such abnormalities are detected. The IoT WiFi module transmits the usage information for the E billing process and avoids actual paper work and delayed payment etc. The meter tampering is also monitored in the proposed work. The system from the billing center send the message to the user mobile with bill amount and encourage online payments through E-Seva centers, Net-banking and even through mobile phones. This kind of interfaces is really needed for the smart grids. New series of compounds consisting of 4-Allylamino-N-4-aminobenzenesulfonamide-1,8-naphthalimide, 4Amino-N-4-amino-N-(2-pyrimidinyl) benzenesulfonamide-1,8-naphthalimide and 4-Allylamino-N-4-amino-N-(2pyrimidinyl) benzenesulfonamide-1,8-naphthalimide were synthesized via sonic method from intermediate 4-nitro-1,8naphthalimide by imidation, reduction and allylation reactions. These compounds were characterized by thin layer chromatography (TLC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1Hnuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR), 13C-NMR, liquid chromatography, UV–Vis spectroscopy and fluorimetry. New acceptor-donor compounds were obtained with the photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQY) of 33.68-79.70% in solution and 0.85-3.39% in non-doped solid film. The synthesized dyes absorb electromagnetic radiation in the range of 434-440 nm and emit solid films exhibited fluorescence in the range of 561-614 nm. The photocurrent (Iph), open circuit voltage (Voc), maximum voltage (Vm), form factor (FF) and efficiency (η) of the solar cell are the most important parameters that can define the quality of this cell. In this work, we study the impact of the junction depth Xj and the surface recombination velocity Sn on these parameters in both external and internal cases of the solar cell in Arsenic gallium (GaAs) technology using the MATLAB software as a tool. Results show that in order to obtain highperformance of GaAs-solar cells must be the surface recombination velocity value is low, and the junction depth in submicron scale.
