This research aims to provide an understanding of the factors that can encourage innovative work behavior among creative economy workers. Dominated by workers of productive age, one of the factors that can attract workers is flexibility of working hours which can produce job satisfaction and is closely related to superior support and the ability of workers to complete work under current conditions. This quantitative research involved a sample of 320 workers in the creative economy sector in Indonesia. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed online, and the relationships between variables were analyzed using CB-SEM with LISREL. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, with a total sample of 280 active accounting students selected using a purposive sampling approach and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Empirical results found that the fraud triangle and the use of information technology have a positive influence on academic cheating behavior, which means that when pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and use of information technology increase, cheating activities will also increase. The aim of the research is to determine economic recovery efforts in Grobogan Regency after Covid-19 in various sectors. This qualitative research collected data through interviews, documentation and observations conducted in January-February 2023. The results of data analysis found that economic recovery efforts in Grobogan Regency were carried out by providing various assistance to the community such as PKH, PIP, KIP, BLT programs, capital for MSMEs, interest on business loans at banks is smaller compared to the year before Covid-19, conducting various training for MSMEs and so on. This research uses a mix-method approach, namely a quantitative method with a study of bibliometric VOSviewer and a qualitative method with a study of literature review. Secondary data was collected from the Google Scholar site, and analyzed using the Microsoft Excel, VOSviewer, Mendeley Desktop and Publish or Perish 8 programs. The samples are government-owned and privately owned conventional commercial banks registered in the period 2018 to 2022. The input variables used are deposits, labor costs and fixed assets; while output variables include total credit and operating income. Efficiency scores were analyzed using the data envelopment analysis method, and for the difference test the Mann-Whitney method was used. The observation period was before and during Covid 19. Data analysis used an econometric approach to test any EMH anomalies, as well as running the ARCH-GARCH model due to the use of dummy variables. The analysis results show that Covid-19 has no effect on the daily return pattern of LQ45, The Week Four effect is proven, but The Day of Week effect, Monday effect and Weekend effect are not found. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality on students' decisions in choosing SMK as a senior high school, both partially and simultaneously. The quantitative method with the type of causal descriptive research was implemented on 329 students of SMKN 1 Cianjur who were selected as samples. The purpose of this study was to find out the general description of street vendors in VIM Kelurahan, find out the obstacles faced by street vendors in VIM Village during the Covid-19 period, and find out the efforts made by street vendors in VIM Village to maintain their business during the Covid-19 period. Secondary data was obtained purposively for company financial reporting or via the website www.idx.com. Data analysis is done through multiple regression testing, F-test, and t-test. The results obtained show that only DER and LDR partially have a significant effect on stock returns of service companies in the study period, while NIM has proven to have no significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, the three independent variables proved to have a significant effect on service company stock returns in the study period.
