This article describes how symbols such as the cross, coconut shoots, rice, cotton and mountains are not only the dominant manifestation of Christianity in the village, but also display the social dynamics and cultural diversity that exist. These symbols not only illustrate history and religious, economic traditions but also depict the values upheld by society, such as tolerance and interfaith coexistence. Even though there is a Muslim minority in the community, the existence of these symbols reflects an effort to maintain collective identity and existence, while remaining open to interaction and integration with other groups in society. So that it can improve the economic level of village residents through the creative economy. Education itself is faced with various problems that become obstacles to the quality of education itself. This can be seen in various aspects, some of which include the lack of adequate physical facilities such as the feasibility of buildings used in the learning process. These problems can hinder the development of students to reach their best potential and cause inequality in terms of access to quality education. There are differences in the quality of education in rural and urban areas, where rural areas have more specific challenges such as lack of school facilities, difficulty of access, and technological and social changes. In the context of education, technology has changed the way we learn, access information and communicate. Social changes, such as changing demographics, can also affect the way we design education systems. These factors create pressures on education that require creative thinking and innovative solutions. This research uses qualitative research methods through a phenomenological approach. The theoretical foundation used in this research is the functional structural theory proposed by Talcott Parson. This disaster risk is found in areas that have special conditions, one of which is the Pancer Beach area. Where conditions are close to the beach, various disaster risks definitely arise. That's why preparedness is needed for the surrounding community which is built on an understanding of early warning. Social media representation also plays an important role in the effectiveness of Early Warning System deployment. So research was conducted which aimed to analyze the effectiveness of social media representations used in increasing citizen readiness based on an early warning system. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of documents related to early warning systems. The research results show that the effectiveness of using the media to convey information to citizens is still lacking. This research also found several challenges in the implementation process. Residents who live on the coast and in remote parts of the village have different access to the internet or social media they use. Based on the final analysis, this research recommends strategies related to media collaboration with in-depth representation regarding the dissemination of information and overall participation. The aim of this research is to study the dynamics of conflict, how retarded access impacts people's lives. The analysis is based on Ralf Dahrendorf's conflict theory to understand inequality of access. This study will look at what caused conflict during the construction of internet and electricity network infrastructure in Terate Village, with special emphasis on the role of the economic power of PTPN XII Kotta Blater in causing conflict. In addition, we will investigate how limited access affects education, economic growth and social life in Terate Village. This research will use approaches such as interviews and surveys with the community to gain a better understanding of the dynamics of conflict in Terate Village. Along the edge of the Gumitir lane, there is a group of residents known as \"Awe-awe\" who initially had a role to help road users by providing signals and directions. But over time, they switched roles to become beggars, reflecting significant social change. The researcher found that the behavior carried out by the Awe-awe actors is a reflection of the Dramaturgy theory proposed by Erving Goffman. In their daily lives, awe-awe actors have a role that they play on the front stage. While on the other hand, they also hide their real life on the backstage. This research reveals the complexity of their social life, the reasons they choose this job due to economic limitations, and how they use various strategies to maintain the role of beggars. The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation.
