As a result, Steganography and Cryptography have become some of the most complementary procedures in data protection. In this modern technology era, individually employing Cryptography or Steganography will not afford the expected security from intruders. Our proposed method employs a unification of Steganography and Cryptography, which utilizes the Blowfish algorithm, the Advanced Encryption Standard algorithm and remarkable features of the residue numbering system, the Least Significant Bit algorithm and the operators of Genetic Algorithm. The outcomes show that more than 70% minimal error is reduced (for stego images) compared to the previous methods in terms of Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Mean Square Error (MSE). This approach above is less complicated concerning runtime and consumes less power. A controller is a programmed software that allows controlling the network as a whole, thus, provides a central view of the network itself. However, despite the advantages, SDN is prone to experience Single Point of Failure (SPOF) as it depends on the controller to handle the network. This paper aims to analyse the scalability of SDN in middle-sized network by measuring its throughput and latency. ONOS controller is observed over single topology and mesh topology by gradually increasing the number of nodes until it is supported by the system with optimum resource utilization. Results from these experiments shows that mesh topology has higher average throughput compared to single topology with 8.41% difference for minimum number of nodes (i.e. 50 nodes) and 12.11% difference for maximum number of nodes (i.e. 250 nodes). With a slight difference, it shows that the number of nodes can be added to more than 250 nodes in mesh topology with a balanced throughput. Speech Emotion Recognition has become a significant research field that is used in many applications nowadays. Main precept of such research is to improve human machine interaction. This research accentuates on recognizing several emotions from audio speech. The work is done by extracting features and using these features in classifying emotions. Eight types of emotions such as neutral, fearful, happy, angry, sad, disgust, calm and surprised have been classified. Features have been extracted using Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficents (MFCCs). There are six types of supervised classifiers - multilayer perceptron (MLP), Random Forest (RF), AdaBoost, support vector machine (SVM), Gradient Boosting (GB), and Hist Gradient Boosting (HGB) have been used for classification. In this research, a new method for emotion recognition from speech has been proposed. The accuracy rate of MLP, AdaBoost, SVM, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Hist Gradient Boosting are 53%, 32%, 54%, 58%, 56% and 59%, respectively. Further investigation was performed using ensemble method which one is consists of RF, GB and HGB and the obtained accuracy rate is 70%. Precision, Recall and F1-Score were calculated for evaluation of accuracy. A RF pin diode is used to reconfigure the frequency. Here, U-shaped patch and inverted U -shaped patch are used. The pin diode is placed between the two patches. FR4 _epoxy substrate material is used whose relative permittivity is 4.4. Firstly, the diode is set as ON condition and finally the diode is set as OFF condition. When it is on condition, it works as C-band applications that is cut at 4.756 GHz and its return loss, Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR), bandwidth, gain and directivity are −24.12 dB, 1.09 dB, 200 MHz, 6.039 dBi and 6.394 dBi respectively. However, there is lacking in the guideline on the general or core components that must have before developing a Smart Chatbot for the University Websites. Hence, to overcome the problem, this paper comes out with a research study on identifying the components needed in developing a Smart Chatbot for University Website. For now, the research work is focusing on the academic category only on the website. As the first step of the research process, the list of components of the Smart Chatbot Academic model was gained through Literature Review from the year 2017 to 2020. The identified components will be next evaluated through a survey process. The haplotype assembly problem focuses on the reconstruction of two sets of haplotypes (chromosomes) from aligned fragments of the genome sequence. Plants like rice, wheat, and banana consist of more than two chromosomes which mean multiple haplotypes. Reconstructing multiple haplotypes has become an intense research interest. There are several models that have been developed for the reconstruction of multiple haplotypes from a polyploid genome. The computational challenge still attracts researchers. We are extending the heuristic algorithm for individual haplotyping in order to reconstruct multiple haplotypes for a polyploid organism so that the number of errors among the groups of DNA reads is minimum. We are using a metric that determines the read or fragment which fits for none of the constructed groups and it results in the creation of a new group. It is an improvement of Manta Ray Foraging Algorithm (MRFO). The original MRFO has a competitive performance in terms of its accuracy in locating an optimal solution. Its performance can be improved further provided the balanced exploration and exploitation strategies throughout a search operation are improved. A modification in the Somersault phase of the MRFO is proposed. A spiral strategy is incorporated into the Somersault phase of the MRFO. This is to guide all agents toward the best agent in spiral-based trajectory in every iteration. The spiral strategy also offers a dynamic step size scheme for all search agents during the operation. The proposed algorithm is tested on a set of benchmark functions that consist of various fitness landscapes. In terms of solving an engineering application, the proposed algorithm is applied to optimize a PID controller for a flexible manipulator system. Result of the accuracy performance test on benchmark functions shows that the proposed algorithm outperforms the original MRFO significantly. In solving the engineering problem, both SMRFO and MRFO optimize the PID control adequately good. The SMRFO-PID control tracks the bang-bang test input better than the MRFO-PID. The manual and semiautomated attendance systems are quite time-consuming, inefficient, as well as lacking in security. Thus, the objective of this research is to develop an efficient and secure attendance system that could be beneficial for all educational institutes. As outcomes, an integrated, embedded and fully automated attendance system is developed that makes the use of edge and cloud computing, biometric sensors, and real-time cloud database.
