They were taken back after different cycles of test and fatigue-loaded. Then the fatigue life values of six cycles were studied. The fatigue-safe life of the joints was estimated by using the one-sided tolerance factor method. The results show that the fatigue life of the joint specimen is greatly reduced by the interaction of the corrosive environment and fatigue load. The integral ring key is a rectangular block composed of some special metal materials, which is directly contact with the motor housing during the assembly process. There are many problems of integral ring key the assembly process, such as large deformation, large friction and metal forming, so it is difficult to install. According to the technical requirements, the platform of assembly is designed. In order to provide different types of small solid rocket motors with integral ring key assembly, the pneumatic element, gas-liquid booster cylinder and ring key positioning structure are adopted to achieve integral ring key assembly. The ring key positioning device is equipped with a variety of positioning components, it can achieve different types of integral ring key assembly. Display dynamics method is used to simulate, within 36 seconds, the deformation and assembly process of certain type of integral ring key. First, the weapon equipment software safety requirement index system is constructed in this paper. Secondly, an analysis method based on improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and grey clustering model are proposed. The model can solve the problem that the AHP index weight is not objective and the grey clustering model has similar clustering coefficients. Finally, the safety requirement analysis of a certain weapon equipment software system is taken as an example to evaluate the results. In this paper, we present a condition-based maintenance strategy that considers spare parts issues for systems, with the goal of jointly optimizing conditional-based maintenance and spare parts management. Random systems are gradually degraded and continuously monitored. Spare parts supply using (S-1,S) type inventory strategy. According to the proposed strategy, the replacement of components is based on the actual degree of degradation, which is caused by the demand for spare parts. The Monte Carlo simulation method was used to simulate the proposed condition-based maintenance and spare parts replacement strategy. Therefore, the optimal solution is obtained by jointly optimizing the spare parts and condition-based maintenance of the components. Traditional methods are limited when components are characterized as high reliability, long life and small sample size. However, in practical engineering, experts can provide valuable reliability information, which could obviously improve the estimation precision of residual life when compared with conventional approaches. In this paper, a Bayesian method of residual life estimation by utilizing expert knowledge is proposed. Firstly, the prior distribution from expert information is determined. After fusing field lifetime data, posterior distribution can be obtained. Finally, residual life is estimated by the proposed sample-based method and both the Bayes estimate and credible interval are obtained. Firstly, the Wiener process is used to build the degradation model which is according to the degradation data of the equipment. Then, the random distribution coefficient of failure threshold is estimated by the failure data of the equipment, and we also derive the analytical expression of the remaining useful lifetime (RUL) distribution of the equipment. Finally, the maintenance decision model is established according to the renewal-reward theory and RUL prediction data which can achieve optimal maintenance strategy of equipment. For a given accuracy level, a variety of convolutional neural network architectures have been developed and available to achieve the specific accuracy level. With equivalent fault diagnosis accuracy, smaller convolutional neural network structure offers at least three advantages: (1) it can be deployed on hardware with limited memory, such as FPGAs; (2) the training of smaller convolutional neural networks can be faster under the same processor performance; (3) smaller network structures require less communication across severs during distributed training. So, in this paper, an improved convolutional neural network is constructed, and the following strategies are used to reduce network parameters and further make the convolutional neural networks with smaller structures: (1) equivalent replacement of large-scale convolution layers by multiple small-sized convolution layers; (2) avoid using a fully connected layer, and replace with a global pooling layer.
