The Android smart phone is one of the most widely used platforms by businesses and users alike. This is partially because Android smart phones use the free, open-source Linux as the underlying operating system, which allows development of applications by any software developer. This research study aims to explore security risks associated with the use of Android smart phones and the sensitive information they contain, the researcher devised a survey questionnaire to investigate and further understand security threats targeting Android smart phones. The survey also intended to study the scope of malware attacks targeting Android phones and the effectiveness of existing defense measures. The economics of a scalar controlled 50 HP induction motor is investigated with three topologies namely Full Voltage (FV), Reduced Voltage (RV) and Vector Control (VC) in steady-state conditions for different loads. In RV, the reduced voltage is applied to machine while VC is used to provide minimum flux level, to maintain required load. The machine has been considered to adjust to give minimum operating cost for the textile mill load. Every year millions of people die and many more are handicapped due to various types of accidents caused by Trauma and many people become handicapped for the rest of their lives. It is necessary to develop a tool for predicting and preventing trauma. Reducing mortality rate and increasing the Health awareness is the aim. We have used the data mining process, to extract the useful data from large datasets. Feature subset selection is of immense importance in the field of data mining. The increased dimensionality of data makes testing and training of general classification method difficult. Mining on the reduced set of attributes reduces computation time and also helps to make the patterns easier to understand. The CFS approach for feature selection is proposed. As a part of feature selection step we used filter approach algorithm as random search technique for subset generation, wrapped with different classifiers/ induction algorithm namely decision tree C 4.5, Naïve Bayes, as subset evaluating mechanism on standard datasets. It is mandatory to obtain ethical and legal clearance from regional as well as Institutional Ethics Review Board (IERB), before using data mining tools in health care research. We got Ethical clearance from BGS Hospital for using the datasets. These datasets were gathered from the patient files which were recorded in the medical record section of the BGS Hospital Bangalore. Further the relevant attributes identified by proposed filter are validated using classifiers. Experimental results illustrate, employing feature subset selection using proposed filter approach has enhanced classification accuracy. Applying [DM ] techniques to the data brings about very interesting and valuable results. It is concluded that in this case, comparing the result of evaluating the models on test set, decision tree works better than NaiveBayes. A special-shaped radiation patch is used in having a yagi-uda like shape-slot. It occupies a compact volume of 40 × 35 × 0.8 (1120 mm3) including the ground plane. The 10 dB impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna is from 2.81 GHz to 21.41GHz. The design and optimization has been carried out using the commercial software ANSYS HFSS version 14. The antenna has been designed on a FR-4 substrate having thickness 0.8 mm and dielectric constant 4.4. In order to achieve that we are using two EDFA and special type of filter. In this an amplification is occurred for a signal passes through the core doped with erbium ion (Er+3) under the effect of pump, absorption, stimulated, and spontaneous emission. The new amplifier requires only a single pump laser. It is shown that the Micro strip Patch Antenna with square EBG Structure achieve a high gain and large Bandwidth as compared to conventional Micro strip Patch Antenna. Placement of EBG Superstrate from the patch of Antenna is critical so distance between antenna and Superstrate and thickness of Superstrate is optimized to achieve best performance and is obtained when EBG Superstrate is placed at half of the operating wavelength from the Patch of the Antenna. There is number of matrices defined that uses the software faults to estimate the software quality. When we have a large software system with thousands of class modules, then it is not easy to apply the software matrices on each module of software system. The present work is the solution of the defined problem. This paper aims at comparing different models based on clustering techniques: k-means (KM), fuzzy c-means (FCM) and hierarchical agglomerative clustering (HAC) for building software quality estimation system. We propose quality measure of partition clustering technique (KM, FCM) in order to evaluate the results and we comparatively analyze the obtained results on two case studies. Whereas the capacity metrics based on network scalability describe how network capacity behaves when the number of nodes in the network grows. A normal conductor shows some resistance even near absolute zero but in a superconductor, when the material is cooled below its critical temperature, the resistance drops abruptly to zero. With no power source, an electric current flowing in a loop of super conducting wire persists indefinitely. As the super conducting systems promise wide range of applications for the human welfare, particularly in the areas of communication, memory devices, medical scanners etc., therefore, measuring of their thermal conduction has been a great interest of the researchers. Due to its peculiar structure and configuration, YBCO has been most studied material. The present paper discusses about the YBCO i.e. YBa2Cu3O7 Superconductors considering the experimental work carried out by Cohen et. al. Simulation technique is being applied in measuring the conductivity of YBCO superconductor in the temperature range from 10 K to 280 K and observations show a good agreement with the experimental results between 10 to 40K and 160-240K and poor in the range 40-160 K, whereas beyond 240K i.e. up to 280K has also been measured for which the experimental results are yet to be found.
