A discrete-time linear system model is established, in which the linear displacement information of worktable is collected by photoelectric encoder as prediction information and the vertical distance information of wave crest is collected by displacement sensor as measurement information. An improved adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm is studied, which can realize on-line real-time iterative estimation of worktable linear displacement and wave crest cutting location. This method not only greatly reduces the noise estimation error, but also improves the positioning accuracy of the corrugated pipe. The archival visualization technology based on the combination of time characteristics and association relationships can dynamically link the digital archives with the same theme in the archive library. This paper proposes a visualization method for the analysis results of archives associations, which visualized the archives according to time characteristics and associations through interactive multi-level visualization, and displays the specific content of the archives from the perspective of the whole and individual. In this paper, ultrasonic phased array detection technology is discussed to solve the problem of internal defect detection of porcelain bushing. By studying the acoustic properties such as the propagation and attenuation law of ultrasonic waves in ceramic materials, this paper provides experimental data and basis for the design of special ultrasonic phased array transducer. The detection ability of the detection system is then verified through the positioning and defect detection experiments on the calibration test block and simulation test block based on the double crystal linear array probes. In order to improve the operation effect of energy storage systems on a power grid said, it is necessary to construct an evaluation index for their operation value. Firstly, an initial evaluation index set was conducted based on the grounded theory. A series of intricate indicators information is condensed and summarized into four aspects, including costs and benefits, technology, system optimization and environmental impacts. Then the grey correlate-rough set theory was introduced to select out some key indicators. F Statistical test values are combined with pedigree diagrams to eliminate indicators with redundant information. In the empirical analysis, 13 key indicators were screened to form the evaluation index of energy storage systems operation values on power grid side. As an important supporting infrastructure for the development of new energy vehicles, charging stations have very important social value and economic benefits. This paper takes electric vehicles as an example to explore the application research of Internet of Things technology in the operation and maintenance management system of charging stations. This article mainly explains the concept and architecture of the Internet of Things technology from the network infrastructure and protocol architecture, detailed analysis and description of each layer in the protocol specification. This article tests the relevant parameters in the network system, including data loss rate test and data transmission time. This paper studies the construction and structure of electric vehicle charging stations, and then introduces the design principles and key technologies of the operation and maintenance management platform for electric vehicle charging stations. These key technologies include communication protocol, development language and development platform selection, software architecture design, etc. The experimental results show that the data loss rate of the networking system is less than 3%, and the transmission delay is about 9ms. Therefore, the data collected in the networking system designed in this paper has the characteristics of timeliness and accuracy, and conforms to the current data information. After a general understanding of the intelligent English writing automatic scoring system and the related theories of data fusion algorithms, the intelligent English writing automatic scoring system based on data fusion algorithms is carried out, then design and test the designed system. The model is solved by column constraint and generation (CCG) algorithm. In the article, we build evaluation indicators based on the consumer satisfaction theory to construct a system of user satisfaction evaluation. Meanwhile, conducting a sample survey on the popular mobile short video users on the Internet to collect data using a random online questionnaire. Then, use the rough set to reduce the system and determine the weight, eliminating the subjectivity of the weight setting of the traditional method. Finally, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to calculate the total score of user satisfaction of mobile short videos. It improves the authenticity, reliability and accuracy of the results of this study. Based on the research on mobile short video user satisfaction, we propose practical suggestions for developing mobile Internet to promote the short video based on user needs. Then, increase user stickiness and user scale so that mobile short videos will have better development in the future. The advantage of this model is to further optimize the rough set applied to the complex evaluation system. The system consists of microprocessor and motor drive module, Hall sensor module, human-machine interaction module and voltage and current acquisition module, etc. The STM32F407IGT6 chip with Cortex-M3 as the core is used as the processor, and LCD display and buttons are used to realize human-machine interaction. In the hardware, the circuit is designed with STM32 as the core. The rotating state of the motor is converted into pulse signal by Hall sensor and transmitted to STM32 for processing to get the position information of the motor rotor, and the three-phase current of the motor is obtained by sampling the ADC of STM32.
