Salah satu kendaraan yang sering kita jumpai di jalan raya yaitu sepeda motor. Sepeda motor merupakan kendaraan yang terdiri dari berbagai macam komponen yang digabungkan, komponen yang terdapat disepeda motor saling mendukung dan terpadu sehingga berfungsi sebagaimana mustinya. Penelitian ini akan menghitung suatu kendaraan bermotor yaitu Honda Vario 110cc. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana prinsip kerja serta fungsi sebuah roda gigi dalam elemen mesin dan bagaimana perhitungan roda gigi dalam elemen mesin. Komponen motor yang akan dihitung adalah sebuah roda gigi miring dari bagian roda gigi garda. Dengan Menggunakan data yang dimiliki maka dilakukan analisis, berdasarkan dari hasil persamaan lewis menggunakan metode hit and trial didapat nilai modul roda gigi 1 = 9,5 mm dan modul roda gigi 2 = 10 mm. Beban nominal roda gigi diperoleh 9409 N/mm2dan beban efektif sebesar 3640 N/mm2. Proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah robotika berupa teori yang tidak diimplementasikan dengan alat peraga robotika, sehingga pemahaman pembelajaran robotika masih dikategorikan rendah. Tujuan penelitian menerapkan trainer kit berbasis arduino sebagai media pembelajara mata kuliah robotika guna memudahkan mahasiswa dan dosen dalam mengaplikasikan materi perkuliahan robotika. Metode penelitian Research and development (RD) dengan prosedur pengembangan mengacu pada model ADDIE yang bertujuan mengetahui unjuk kerja serta tingkat kelayakan trainer sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil pengujian trainer ini terdiri dari beberapa komponen seperti arduino sebagai alat pengendali, sensor ultrasonik sebagai input pendeteksi jarak suatu objek, Motor DC sebagai output penggerak yang memiliki rotasi 3600, motor servo dengan rotasi putaran aksimal sebesar 1800 sebagai sendi penggerak dari robot arm LCD 16x2 sebagai output yang menampilkan teks, push button sebagai pengontrol suatu kondisi, joystik sebagai remot penggerak dari robot arm, dan Step down DC sebagai penyuplai tegangan dengan besaran 5 volt dan 12 volt, semua komponen dikemas dalam Box Aluminium dilengkapi dengan kabel USB yang berfungsi untuk mengirimkan program, serta adapter yang berfungsi sebagai power supply pada perangkat arduino uno. Hasil validasi uji coba pemakaian oleh dosen ahli memperoleh persentase sebesar 93,7% pada aspek edukatif, 87,5% pada aspek teknis, dan 85% pada aspek estetika. Sehingga faktor pendukung yang dapat menyempurnakan kendaraan tersebut haruslah dipersiapkkan dan sudah pada kondisi yang siap digunakan. Untuk dapat bekerjanya kendaraan tersebut, salah satu yang dapat mendukung berjalannya kendaraan diantaranya, mesin dan poros. Poros sebagai roda penggerak sebuah mesin merupakan salah satu komponen terpenting dari suatu rangkaian mesin. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk Mampu merencanakan elemen – elemen mesin yang berdasarkan perhitungan secara sistematis dan sekaligus mengimplementasikan terori yang dilihat secara langsung dilapangan. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi langsung dan studi literatur. Perancangan dimulai dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dan mendapatkan hasil seperti membandingkan diameter hasil perhitungan dengan diameter yang diketahui melalui pengukuran langsung dihasilkan pemilihan material yang pas yaitu S60C (Celup) dengan memperhatikan safety factor. Karena hasil dari perhitungan material S60C (Celup) yang paling mendekati dengan ukuran poros yang sebenarnya dengan diketahui selisih 1,2 mm dan juga dari hasil pertambahan 35 nilai Safety Factor sebesar 5,9. Sehingga didapat nilai diameter poros (Primary Drive Shaft) = 15,8 mm, untuk nilai diameter yang sesuai materialnnya dan ini biasanya di buat oleh pabrikan untuk faktor keamanan (safety factor). Berdasarkan pada perancangan kali ini memiliki besaran daya rencana 7,9kW dengan putaran yang direncanakan pada poros driver sebesar 1800rpm. Sehingga didapatkan jenis type V-Belt dengan kebutuhan tegangan sebesar 152,922N serta besaran tegangan maksimal yang terdapat pada V- Belt adalah 250,8N. Sehingga pada perancangan V – Belt kali ini dapat dikatakan AMAN.AbstractIn today's automotive world, many vehicles have become the primary need for a company or individual. Dalam dunia otomotif kita mengenal mesin kendaraan bermotor yang dimana mesin Kendaraan bermotor adalah sebuah mesin atau alat transportasi yang berfungsi sebagai roda kendaraan. V-Belt merupakan salah satu element penghubung daya yang biasa digunakan selain rantai, tapi khusus untuk mesin kompresor V-Belt merupakan element yang selalu digunakan dalam proses perancangannya. V-Belt robek banyak sekali dialami oleh pelaku industri. Hal ini disebabkan bukan semata-mata karena v-belt sudah terlalu lama atau kualitas v-belt yang kurang baik. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana alur dari perancangan sebuah V-belt dan mengetahui perkiraan umur V-belt dari hasil perancangan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi langsung dan menghitung rancangan v-belt motor honda vario 110cc sehingga bisa disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini kendaraan bermesin penggerak 7000 Rpm dengan daya rencana 10.5 Kw dapat digunakan V-Belt type A dengan kode V-Belt A590 atau 3V590 (perbedaan yang signifikan untuk Belt berkode A590 dan 3V590 adalah terletak pada bahan dan kelenturan dari belt itu sendiri yang memang 3V590 di desain untuk Heavy Duty / Pekerjaan dengan beban tinggi ) yang diketahui memiliki tegangan maksimum sebesar 138,8 N. Yang dimana dapat diperkirakan pula umur dari V-Belt tersebut ialah 5380,98 Jam Kerja sebelum kemudian dapat diganti dengan yang baru.AbstractThe development of the industrial world is getting faster day by day, whether it's the automotive industry, electronics and so on. In the automotive world, we know the engine of a motor vehicle, where the engine of a motorized vehicle is a machine or means of transportation that functions as a vehicle wheel. V-Belt is one of the power connecting elements commonly used in addition to chains, but specifically for compressor engines, the V-Belt is an element that is always used in the design process. A lot of industry players have torn V-Belts. This is not solely due to the fact that the v-belt is too old or the quality of the v-belt is not good. This study aims to find out how the flow of designing a V-belt and knowing the estimated age of the V-belt from the design results. The method used in this study is direct observation and calculating the v-belt design for Honda Vario 110cc motorcycles so that it can be concluded in this study the vehicle 7000 Rpm driving engine with a design power of 10.5 Kw can be used V-Belt type A with V-Belt code A590 or 3V590 (a significant difference for Belt coded A590 and 3V590 lies in the material and flexibility of the belt itself which is indeed 3V590 designed for Heavy Duty / work with high load) which is known to have a maximum stress of 138.8 N. One of the sensors for the amount of voltage, power and energy is in the form of the PZEM-004T model which is connected to the installed electrical load. The microcontroller used is the NodeMCU esp8266 microcontroller which functions as the main control system that will be connected to a computer, with the aim of being able to monitor it in real time in the future. By conducting experiments on the assembly of the PZEM-004T sensor module with NodeMCU esp8266 and making comparisons of the current measurements obtained from the PZEM-004T model sensor readings with the clamp meter current measuring instrument. The results of this study are a data measurement of current, voltage, power, energy, and the cost of household electrical energy consumption as well as the percentage error results from the comparison of current readings, on the PZEM-004T sensor with a reading from a clamp meter measuring instrument.
