The best step for this situation is to be alert and make concrete efforts to anticipate it. A form of assistance mechanism must be considered for victims from the beginning of the scene, during the journey to health facilities, and assistance at health facilities until after the injury incident. The achievement of the patient's quality of life at the end of the aid must remain the goal of the entire series of assistance provided. Meanwhile, flood preparedness can be done by simulating a flood disaster evaluation to the community so that people know where to go when a flood occurs. The community approach is carried out through cooperation with village officials, village leaders, and the entire village community. The motivation that drives everyone to start entrepreneurship can be different. Theoretically, entrepreneurial motivation can be divided into four aspects: psychological, economic, social, and behavioral. Knowing the reason for entrepreneurship can determine various suggestions and inputs given to prospective entrepreneurs. Through this Community Service (PkM) activity, the Manado City Police members were invited to discuss various aspects of motivation and the advantages and disadvantages of being an entrepreneur. The method used in this activity is through the material presentation, informal question and answer, and a questionnaire. In this PkM activity, it was found that the most crucial aspect for the participants was the economic aspect. At the same time, the motivational indicator that became the most priority was the desire to make parents proud.
