{"title":"تأثیر الاستثمار الأجنبی المباشر على البیئة فی مصر","authors":"آلاء عادل صلاح محمد ابوودن","doi":"10.21608/esalexu.2021.181337","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/esalexu.2021.181337","url":null,"abstract":"يهدف البحث إلى تحليل العلاقة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والبيئة في مصر، فيستعرض الدور الهام الذي يلعبه الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في مساندة ودعم التنمية الاقتصادية بتوفيره الخبرات الإدارية والتکنولوجية ووسائل التکنولوجيا الحديثة ودعمه لبرامج البحث والتطوير وغيرها. هذا إلى جانب أهميته کمصدر تمويل للتنمية المستدامة على المستوى العالمي والمحلي فتتنافس الدول جميعا المتقدمة والنامية على اجتذابه بتقديم المزيد من الدعم والمزايا وتوفير المناخ الذي يتطلبه وتأثير ذلک على البيئة. ويشير البحث إلى اتسام العلاقة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والبيئة بالتغير بين الايجاب والسلب باختلاف الدولة وفترة الدراسة وذلک نتيجة لتأثر تلک العلاقة بالعديد من العوامل المتداخلة والمتشابکة. فيتناول البحث جانبا من التحليل القياسي لتحديد العلاقة بين تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وتلوث البيئة خلال الفترة (1990- 2014). وجاءت النتائج لتشير أن العلاقة عکسية ما يعکس ان مصر تسير في المسار الصحيح في جذبها للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، وأنها تتبع سياسات للاستفادة اقتصاديا منه مع الأخذ في عين الاعتبار حماية البيئة والحفاظ عليها. \u0000The research aims to analyze the relationship between foreign direct investment and the environment in Egypt. The paper reviews the important role that foreign direct investment plays in supporting economic development by providing administrative and technological experiences, means of modern technology, and supporting research and development programs and others, in addition to its importance as a source of finance for sustainable development at the global and local level, all developed and developing countries compete to attract foreign investment by providing more support, benefits, and the climate it requires and its impact on the environment. The research indicates that the relationship between foreign direct investment and the environment is characterized by a change between positive and negative impacts in different countries and study period as a result of the influence of that relationship by many intertwining and intertwining factors. The research deals with an aspect of standard analysis to determine the relationship between foreign direct investment flows and environmental pollution during the period (1990-2014). {"title":"الرؤیة الصهیونیة للقومیة العربیة: بین الفکر والمخطط","authors":"هبة نور الدين محمد","doi":"10.21608/esalexu.2021.181290","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/esalexu.2021.181290","url":null,"abstract":"تنطلق الورقة من إشکالية مهمة فحواها ماهية الرؤية الصهيونية للقومية العربية وانعکاساتها على المخططات والمشروعات الصهيونية المطروحة لتفتيت القضية. وقد توصلت الورقة لماهية هذه الرؤية باعتبار العربي کيانا مغيبا ويجب تغييبه وأن القومية العربية هي رابطة زائفة وخدعة تم في المقابل استحداث مفهوم القومية اليهودية کمفهوم مقابل لها للادعاء بأحقيتها في الأرض. واستطاعت الورقة تتبع بعض المخططات التي تنعکس خلالها هذه الرؤية التي تقوم على التجزئة والتفتيت کمخطط برنارد لويس، والشرق الأوسط الجديد، وکيفية استخدامها لسلاح الأقليات ومخططات ترانسفير \"تهجير\" فلسطينيي 48، ثم تطرقت الورقة لما تم من مخططات عقب ثورات الربيع العربي منها ما بدا على الأرض، ومنها ما بدأت إرهاصاته وبعضها ما ظل مخططا مستقبليا رصدته الورقة کقانون القومية ومخطط تهويد القدس، والظهور کقوة اقتصادية إقليمية مسيطرة عبر مبادرة الحزام والطريق واستغلالها لصالحها، والسلام الإبراهيمي وما تبعه من رسم هوية إبراهيمية جديدة داعمة للتطبيع، وصولا لصفقة القرن وملامحها التي تکهنت بها الورقة. وأخيرا توصلت الورقة لعدد من التوصيات للتصدي لهذا الخطر ودعم أواصر القومية العربية. \u0000The paper tackles the issue of Zionist vision for Arab nationalism and its repercussions on the Zionist plans and projects proposed to break up the issue. The paper reviewed the Zionist vision of Arab nationalism as an invisible entity that should be absent. Also, this research studies the Zionist invention for what so called Jewish nationalism as an alternative to Arab Nationalism. From this perspective, this paper was able to trace some of the plans that reflect this vision, such as that of Bernard Lewis, the New Middle East, and how to use the weapons of minorities and transfer plans for Palestinian 48.  In addition to what was mentioned, the paper tackles some future Zionist plans to destroy the Arab Nationalism such as the national law, plan of Judaizing Jerusalem & Israel plans to emerge as a regional economic power through the Belt and Road initiative, Also the paper discusses the Abrahamic peace and the emergence of a new Abrahamic identity to support normalization.  Finally, the paper predicts with some unpublished features of the deal of the century. {"title":"محددات تخصیص المساعدات العربیة للدول الأفریقیة: استخدام أسلوب تحلیل الانحدار خلال الفترة 2013-2018","authors":"مها فوزي علي عنبر","doi":"10.21608/esalexu.2021.181007","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/esalexu.2021.181007","url":null,"abstract":"على الرغم من وجود کثير من الدراسات التي قامت بتحليل محددات تخصيص المساعدات الأجنبية- سواء من قبل دول منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية أو بعض الوکالات التابعة للأمم المتحدة- إلا أنه يندر وجود دراسات قدمت تحليلا منهجيا لتخصيص المساعدات الأجنبية بشکل عام والعربية بشکل خاص. وما هو موجود من الأدبيات لا يجيب عن التساؤل الخاص بالعوامل التي تؤثر في توزيع هذه المساعدات على الدول المتلقية. وتهدف هذه الورقة إلى التعرف على محددات تخصيص المساعدات العربية للدول الأفريقية   من خلال تحليل الانحدار باستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى لأربع جهات مانحة عربية وباستخدام Panel Data خلال الفترة من 2013 وحتى 2018، وباستخدام صافي المساعدات الإنمائية الرسمية کمتغير تابع، ومجموعة من المتغيرات المستقلة التي تشمل متغيرات تعکس خصائص وحاجة الدول الأفريقية المتلقية للمساعدات، ومتغيرات تعکس مصلحة الجهات المانحة العربية. وقد توصلت الورقة إلى أن محددات تخصيص المساعدات العربية وإن کانت في مجملها تتأثر بمصلحة الجهات المانحة العربية أکثر من حاجة الدول المتلقية، إلا أنها تختلف من جهة مانحة إلى أخرى. فقد أظهرت نتائج تحليل الانحدار أن المصلحة الاقتصادية، والتحيز العربي، وعلاقة الدول المتلقية مع إسرائيل محددات رئيسية في تخصيص مساعدات الإمارات وصندوق الأوبک للتنمية الاقتصادية، کما اتضح أن عدد سکان الدولة المتلقية يعد محددا رئيسيا في تخصيص المساعدات الکويتية. أظهرت النتائج أيضا أن هناک تحيزا عربيا في تخصيص المساعدات السعودية، وأما عن الخصائص المؤسسية للدول المتلقية فقد اتضح أن مستوى الشفافية الذي تتمتع به الدولة المتلقية محدد رئيسي لتخصيص مساعدات صندوق الأوبک للتنمية الاقتصادية. \u0000Although there are many studies that have analyzed the determinants of the allocation of foreign aid, whether by the OECD countries or some agencies of the United Nations, there are few studies that have provided a systematic analysis of the allocation of foreign aid in general and Arab aid in particular. What is available from the literature does not answer the question about the factors that affect the distribution of this aid to the recipient countries. \u0000This paper aims to identify the determinants of allocating Arab aid to African countries through regression analysis using the least squares method for four Arab donors and using Panel Data during the period from 2013 to 2018, using net official development aid as a dependent variable, and a set of independent variables that include variables that reflect Characteristics and needs of African countries receiving aid, and variables that reflect the interest of Arab donors. \u0000The paper concluded that the determinants of the allocation of Arab aid, although in its entirety, are affected by the interests of Arab donors more than the needs of the recipient countries, but they differ from one donor to another. {"title":"أثر مؤشرات الأداء البنکی فی أسعار الأسهم دراسة تطبیقیة فی البنوک المدرجة فی بورصة الأوراق المالیة المصریة","authors":"رنا البطرنى","doi":"10.21608/esalexu.2021.181280","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/esalexu.2021.181280","url":null,"abstract":"تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر مؤشرات الأداء البنکي: (کفاءة إدارة التسويق، وکفاءة إدارة الربحية، وکفاءة إدارة المخاطر، وکفاءة إدارة السيولة) في أسعار أسهم البنوک المدرجة في بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقدتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع البنوک المدرجة في بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية، والبالغ عددها (12) بنکا، وقد تم اختيار عينة مکونة من خمسة بنوک مدرجة في بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية، أي: بنسبة 41.66%. خلال الفترة الممتدة بين العامين (2017م، 2019م)، وتتمثل بالآتي: (البنک التجاري الدولي، وبنک قطر الأهلي الوطني، وبنک الکويت الوطني- مصر، والبنک المصري الخليجي، وبنک التعمير والإسکان). تم الاعتماد على التقارير السنوية للبنوک خلال الفترة المنشورة على المواقع الإلکترونية الخاصة بالبنوک عينة الدراسة، بواقع (15) مشاهدة (5 بنوک لمدة 3 سنوات)، ونشرات التداول المنشورة على موقع بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة معنوية لمؤشرات الأداء البنکي: (کفاءة إدارة التسويق، وکفاءة إدارة الربحية، وکفاءة إدارة المخاطر، وکفاءة إدارة السيولة) في أسعار أسهم البنوک المدرجة في بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بأن رفع کفاءة إدارة التسويق في البنوک المدرجة في بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية أمر ضروري؛ وذلک لزيادة الطلب على أسهم البنوک، وزيادة التداول فيها. \u0000The study aimed to determine the impact of banking performance indicators (efficiency of marketing management, efficiency of profitability management, efficiency of risk management, Efficiency of liquidity management) on the share price of banks listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. \u0000The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study community was represented by all the 12 banks listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and a sample consisting of five banks listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange was selected, i.e. 41.66%. This study aims at introducing the concept of empowerment in general and empowering women politically and economically in particular by standing on the beginning of the concept’s emergence by reviewing the stages of development of concepts and trends of development and improving the status of women within different societies, passing through international institutions and the agreements, covenants and conferences that have been issued, as relevant international mechanisms.
