The basic theory of green construction includes the foreign status of green construction, the domestic status of green construction, the concept of green construction and the main content of green construction etc. The improved value engineering theory introduces the analytic hierarchy process to the function evaluation of the value engineering. Combined with the requirement of the green construction and the characteristics of the pile foundation, the evaluation index system of the pile foundation green construction is established. Introducing to the Johnson-Cook thermal visco-plastic affects, the simulation results of the chip morphology and the stress state accord with that in real production. Simulation by varied parameters demonstrate the regularity of cutting force and cutting temperature for the change of cutting speed and cutting thickness of the cutter. Simultaneous differential pulse voltammetric multi-component determination of o-nitro phenol, m-nitro phenol and pnitrophenol was conducted for the first time by using the proposed method. The LS-SVM technique broadens the application of SVM by reducing the computational complexity since only the solution of a set of linear equations is required instead of a quadratic programming problem. Thus, LS-SVM has the capability of solving linear and nonlinear multivariate calibrations in a relatively fast way. Genetic algorithms (GA) introduced are probabilistic optimization techniques based on natural evolution and genetics and Darwin's theory of survival of the best. In order to study the effect of damping constrained system on single tower cable-stayed bridge's seismic performance, this paper makes a contrastive analysis about the longitudinal, lateral different constrained system. In the longitudinal direction, we make a seismic calculation under the rare earthquake action while the single tower cable-stayed bridge respectively use different constrained system, such as rigid system, floating system, vertical supporting system, vertical support and elastic cable system, vertical support and viscous damper (FVD), etc, drawing the following conclusion: When using the movable support as the vertical bearing, friction resistance of the bearing can greatly improved the seismic performance of the structure, so its influence should be considered while calculating, the system that includes vertical support and the FVD is the optimal longitudinal seismic constrained system correspondingly.
