Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google from banana collectors in the district. South Oku as many as 68 copies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with validity, reliability, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 20. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of collectors in the district. South OKU. Employee satisfaction and productivity are key factors that influence an organization's overall results. There are two important factors that influence employee engagement, which are work stress and the individual's locus of control. The purpose of this study was to explore how employees of the People's Welfare Department of the Tulang Bawang Regional Secretariat responded to workplace stress and their locus of control. The research method used was quantitative research in the research population consisting of the staff of the People's Welfare Department of the Tulang Bawang Regional Secretariat. Data were collected through questionnaires and multiple regression analysis was used to process the data. Jenis penelitian Asosiatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 100 responden pelanggan McDonald’s Jakarta Timur. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian adalah penggunaan program SPSS. Permasalahan diatas dihasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut 1. Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan 2. Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 3. Kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan 4. The research methods that will be used in this research are a descriptive method and an associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis was individuals, namely students in the city of Bandung who used and purchased Wardah sunscreen products. The sample in this study was 100 people. In this study, the sampling technique used was a non-probability technique with a purposive sampling approach. This study uses multiple analysis methods. From the results of this study, it was seen partially with the significance that there was no effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for Wardah sunscreen products for students in the city of Bandung with a significance value of 0.420 and a magnitude of influence of 2.69%. The price perception variable influences the decision to purchase Wardah sunscreen products for students in the city of Bandung with a significance value of 0.000 and a magnitude of influence of 21.2%. Penelitian ini ingin mengukur minat berdonasi melalui Unit Pengumpul Zakat STAI Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah, Langkat (UPZ STAI-JM). Untuk menganalisis data penelitian yang merupakan variabel laten dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan alat SmartPls 4.0. Sample penelitian sebanyak 100 responden memberikan data melalui angket yang disebarkan secara langsung. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa minat berdonasi melalui UPZ STAI-JM dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepercayaan, pendapatan dan kemudahan sebesar 71,4%. Dimana variabel kepercayaan memberikan pengaruh yang paling kuat dan disusul oleh variabel pendapatan terhadap minat berdonasi. Required control of good accounts receivable so that the company does not experience losses. This study aims to determine the application of a COSO-based internal control system for accounts receivable at PT. Abadi Sakti Mitra Mandiri. The method used in this study uses a grounded research approach. Grounded research is a research method on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of establishing concepts, proving theories, and developing theories, collecting, and analyzing data at the same time. Based on the results of research conducted, the internal control system implemented by PT. Abadi Sakti Mitra Mandiri has not been good enough. This is indicated by the increase in the level of bad debts caused by the low level of internal control in the elements of control activity, namely the existence of multiple jobs so that the risk assessment in the provision of receivables becomes ineffective. Therefore, it is necessary to have additional employees in marketing and selling products as well as a special section for the analysis of receivables, so that the receivables control process can run effectively and efficiently. Investment is the activity of placing funds in one or more types of assets for a certain period to earn income. Factors that reflect company performance are the financial statements presented in the annual report. Underinvestment occurs when an investment company requires the use of large amounts of debt. Companies with overinvestment are companies that are in the mature stage with slow growth rates, and high cash flow. In this study the approach used is using quantitative methods. Then analyzed partial and multiple regression. The data used is secondary data. The independent variables used are working capital, debt maturity, sales, and tangibility. The dependent variable used is investment efficiency. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and employee loyalty on the performance of employees at PT. Sansan Brothertex Jaya Cimahi. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and associative method with the help of the SPSS 25 application. In this study, the unit of analysis was the sewing operator at PT. Sansan Brothertex Jaya Cimahi. The results of this study indicate that the variable job satisfaction contributes or influences employee performance by 39.0%, and employee loyalty (sewing operator) contributes or influences employee performance by 18.7%. There are several factors that influence a company in carrying out its tax obligations, including profitability, leverage, and corporate governance. This research method uses quantitative methods. The samples involved were 57 companies within 3 years. The testing procedure used is purposive sampling. Data analysis for this study used multiple linear regression tests.
