Peneliti juga melakukan pendekatan yang bertitik tolak atau berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi peneliti yang memiliki pekerjaan sebagai ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara), guru, dan karyawan swasta. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan adanya faktor yang menjadi penghambat latihan sīla berkenaan dengan pekerjaan. It contains noble, noble, and perfect qualities that all living beings should live by. The four noble qualities are mettā (loving-kindness), karunā (compassion, compassion), muditā (rejoicing), and upekkhā (equanimity). Tolerance is attitudes and actions that respect differences in religion, ethnicity, ethnicity, opinions, attitudes, and actions of other people who are different from themselves. On the basis of this, this study was made to find out the Implementation of the brahma vihāra as a means of realizing inter-religious tolerance in Indonesia. This type of research is library research. Therefore, this research was conducted using content analysis techniques, namely by analyzing the contents of various library sources that are relevant to the existing theory. Sources of data used in this study consisted of primary and secondary sources. In this study, primary data was obtained through the text of the Tipitaka Scriptures, while secondary data was obtained from popular books, journals, and online media sources. The results of this study found a correlation in the implementation of the Brahma Vihāra as a means of realizing tolerance between religious communities in Indonesia. This can be seen from the right effort in the implication of the brahma vihara that the activity always instills various noble qualities in its practitioners such as preventing the emergence of evil thoughts and qualities, greed and selfishness, maintaining and developing good qualities in oneself, and instill shame and fear of doing evil. In addition, training yourself to always have love for others even with different characters and backgrounds and even different religions (beliefs) will greatly impact and increase tolerance in humans to other humans. Differences will not make one ignore others because love is always above all. In this study, the researcher analyzed the word formation processes of 25 local and international cosmetic brands on Shopee. There were two purposes of conducting this research. (1) To classify and find the categories of word formation in local and international cosmetic brands on Shopee, (2) To find out the patterns and meanings in local and international cosmetic brands. In this study, the researcher did the qualitative research with descriptive approach. For the technique of collecting the data, the researcher used documentation study technique. The researcher used the theory of word formation by Yule (2010). For the result the researcher found 5 categories of word formation processes in 25 local and international cosmetic brands. Public advertising is designed for the benefit and welfare of society. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implicature of public advertisements in Palembang which includes the types of implicatures contained in advertisements and to find out how many students understand the meaning of these advertisements. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach with observation data collection techniques and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 20 respondents from the English Literature study program at Bina Darma University. The analytical tool used is qualitative analysis, the results of the study prove that \"Implicature of Public Advertising in Palembang\" can be interpreted that all dominant public advertisements use conventional types of implicatures, so that advertisements become more easily understood by the public. Populasi penelitian ini sebesar 79 populasi dengan teknik penarikan sampel mempergunakan sensus. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Efektivitas pembelajaran sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan dari sebuah proses pembelajaran antara siswa dengan siswa, atau siswa dengan guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dan perubahan sistem pembelajaran daring atau berbasis online ini akan membentuk pembelajaran yang menjadikan siswa mandiri dan tidak bergantung pada orang lain dan peserta didik mampu mengejar kompetensi dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang akan diteliti adalah motivasi ekstrinsik dengan indikator lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan, pemberian konpensasi yang memadai, pemberian supervisi yang baik, penghargaan atas prestasi guru dan status dan tanggung jawab yang jelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat pemberian motivasi Kepala Sekolah untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru di sekolah dasar negeri SDN 001 Sungai Terab persentasenya kurang baik yaitu hanya sekitar 43,60%.
