No study, as per our knowledge, has explored information on health status and recreational preference in widows in Pakistan yet. Identification of these facts may help health professionals and recreational planners to plan and execute adequate interventions that may modify recreational behaviors to foster effective participation in active recreation. This may further contribute to the better health and well-being of widows in Pakistan. One hundred and forty widows voluntarily participated that were recruited from 10 union councils of Bahawalpur City of Southern Punjab region, Pakistan. The participant completed a questionnaire during a face-to-face interview with investigators. The analysis yielded that the health status of widows in this region was worse to some extent. Diseases including depression, backache, headache, blood pressure, and pain in the legs were found among our sample, although at a moderate level. It was found that keep staying at home, followed by engagement in religious activities and sleeping were the most important preferential use of leisure time. Moreover, the expensiveness of facilities for physical activities followed by lack of physical activity places and lack of parks for women found to be the predominant barriers in participation in leisure-time physical activities. The study concluded that perceptions regarding barriers to leisure-time physical activity might contribute to inactive recreational preferences that further contributed to worse health outcomes in widows.

In spite of this, the four Higher Institutes of Sport and Physical Education in Tunisia continue to produce unemployed graduates. On the other hand, entrepreneurship in the field of sport can be a solution to this economic quagmire. Indeed, the objective of this article is to evaluate the entrepreneurial intention among graduates of the Higher Institute of Sport and Physical Education of Gafsa and understand the facilitating conditions for business creation. This paper constitutes a quantitative study through a questionnaire administered face to face to 100 graduates in question. This questionnaire is composed of multiple choice closed-ended questions on a five-point Likert scale. It has three main axes: the profile, the entrepreneurial intention, and the issues related to entrepreneurship. The statistical analysis is verified using SPSS 16 software using several tests such as: the adjustment or adequacy test, the independence test and the chi-square homogeneity test. The results of our study show that there is an intention towards landing private careers, fuelled by a positive attitude, an ambitious perception, and an influence from the entourage. On the other hand, several obstacles can also be found in the process of business creation, most notably red tape. Thus, teaching of entrepreneurship at the university takes on a whole new meaning and constitutes a strategic desire to mobilize higher education for sustainable economic solutions.

A sample of n=375 (334 males; 41 females) were included in the survey. A closed-ended questionnaire was properly developed and used to obtain the required data. Frequency and percentage were applied to analyze the collected information with the help of a computer software. Analysis of the study indicated that 91.1% students participated in sport while, 8.8% did not take part in sport. Analysis of the study interpreted that lack of maintenance of the ground, lack of confidence to compete, fear of injury, insufficient to influence time and insufficient to influence commitment were considered barriers that influence sport’s participation among students. The lack of communication bound the sports community and young athletes. To fill this gap location-based social media is the best option because athletes and fans can share sports related activities, comments, photos, videos etc during different matches. This problem statement is based on personal observation and experience of the researcher. The rapid growth of social media and location-based social media platforms has highlighted the need to understand the audiences that are utilizing these mediums and the types of social sharing that they are involved with. Sports organizations and personnel can utilize that information to plan and conduct sports related activities accordingly. Motivate and attract more people towards sports so that they can engage in sports and get benefits of healthy and active lifestyle. \u0000Purpose of the study: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship of sports motivation with using location-based social media by young male and female athletes at the university level. \u0000Methodology: The Quantitative / Survey research was carried out through online web generated surveys/forms in two private sector universities, UOL (University of Lahore) and UCP (University of Central Punjab). Stratified sampling was done. A total number of 101 young athletes between 18-39 years of age from these two private sector universities participated in this study. Verified rating scales about motivation and usage of location-based social media were used to find out the association of sports motivation with using location-based social media by the young athletes at the university level. \u0000Main Findings: Findings revealed that there is a significant positive relation between the sports motivation and the use of location-based social media by young athletes thus promoting the sports community desires and popularity among these athletes. Not much research is done to explore the location-based social media use in sports activities. The study will also be helpful for sports field and associations to make strong communication among sports or young athletes. \u0000Application of this study: Sports authorities can get detailed information about athletes, fans, coaches and players. Chalk out the trends, likes and dislikes of people of specific areas. It will be easy for them to offer their services and products accordingly. \u0000Novelty of this study: Research on location-based social media is very rare internationally and almost a new area for research in Pakistan. In order for the studies to meet the inclusion criteria, they contained complete data on the type of injury, localization, and frequency of injury on the tested sample. The total number of respondents in all surveys was 3,802 respondents from all collected and analyzed previous surveys. In this study, more than 4,260 basketball injuries from 15 analyzed studies were analyzed, and after analyzing the results of these studies, it was noted that the most injuries were in the lower extremities in the amount of (66.6%), and the number of injuries in the ankle joint was (33.6% ), while the second most injured part of the body was the knee (19.4%). As for upper extremity injuries, hand, finger and wrist injuries predominate (7.1%) compared to shoulder, hand and forearm injuries (5.8%). This study found that jumping/landing, turning or stopping, or contact with an opponent are the most common causes of injury in basketball players. It can be said that a large number of injuries can occur due to the increased fatigue of basketball players, so it can also be said that a proper training program can be the best prevention of injuries in basketball players.
