Because of this, it is vital for every banking institution to use all available information in order to gain some sort of competitive advantage. In this paper we will demonstrate that it is possible to gain more insight about banking service clients by using data mining and analysis tools, more specifically by using K-Means clustering. Specifically, we will demonstrate that we can define a group of customers that are more prone to purchase housing loan.","PeriodicalId":229131,"journal":{"name":"2018 26th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122961303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Shorting post(s) in microstrip antennas have recently come into use in order to take the advantage of tunability and compactness. In this paper, design and analysis of a lower order mode of loaded square microstrip patch antenna with single shorting post close to feeding point location has been presented. The proposed design has been analyzed, investigated and experimentally validated with reasonable agreement and size reduction up to 89.9% to meet the requirements of low profile antenna systems and miniaturized wireless communication applications.","PeriodicalId":229131,"journal":{"name":"2018 26th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123922138","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Link prediction is an important and difficult task in graph mining with a goal to predict the evolution of a social network using its topological features. However, nowadays it becomes even more important to predict the evolution of an interwoven (mutiplex) network structure by using network features from its constituent parts, i.e. in our case, different online social networks. In this work, we are using certain features from Twitter and Foursquare social networks to predict the link formation in both networks. The results show that the prediction rate depends not only on different node pair features and machine learning algorithms, but also on the properties of the target network on which we predict the link formation. We show that when predicting links in the Foursquare network the best obtained accuracy is above 90%, whereas when predicting the evolution of the Twitter network it is around 87%. We argue that the higher accuracy for link prediction in the Foursquare network is due to its locality nature. Finally, both results show an improvement in the prediction accuracy compared to the existing approaches for this dataset presented in the literature.","PeriodicalId":229131,"journal":{"name":"2018 26th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126618381","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data in LASs are often in incorrect state since they are not in accordance with reality. Since data stored in LASs are considered to be correct in all legal affairs, these incorrectnesses could be a cause for large number of problems. Blockchain technology, more precisely smart contracts, could bring improvements to process of registering transactions in LASs. In this paper, two presented case studies propose improvements that would result in faster process of executing transactions and elimination of possibility of “double spending”.","PeriodicalId":229131,"journal":{"name":"2018 26th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131807363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

E measurements were made with Narda SRM-3006 electromagnetic field meter, which can measure the frequency band between 30 MHz and 3 GHz selectively. Measurements results show that the highest E value within the hospital is 0.818 V/m, while this value is 2.627 V/m for out of hospital. The E exposed outdoor of the hospital is 2.93 times higher than indoor of the hospital for measurement locations. The main sources of total E in the environments are base stations, and their contributions are 92.5% and 98.6% for indoor and outdoor of the hospital respectively. The most contribution of 53.4% total E is base stations using 2100 MHz frequency.","PeriodicalId":229131,"journal":{"name":"2018 26th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130514204","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
