A review is made on development of research on this "new" issue. Agroecosytems services and defined and classified. The management of agro-ecosystem services is defined, and principles modes of mechanisms affecting behaviours of agrarian and non-agrarian agents (institutional environment, market, private, collective, public and hybrid forms) characterised. Multiple personal, economic, political, international, natural, etc. factors for governing choice are identified. The stages for improvement of the governance of agro-ecosystem services are characterised. A framework for assessment of agro-ecosystem services is presented. Importance of organic agriculture as a major form of ecosystem management is analysed.Direction of application of client value in economic analysis are specified. An approach for analysing greed cities as a new perspective form for ecosystem services management is worked out. Multiple assessment of environmental pressure of agriculture in Bulgaria and analysed.

In order to gain a better theoretical and empirical understanding of this asymmetry of power, this paper proposes a brief theoretical discussion and interpretation of some intuitions coming from the works of Cardoso and Faletto (1979) and Marini (1973). Taking those intuitions as theoretical motivation, the paper proposes a methodology focused on the empirical evaluation of the existence of centers, sub-centers, semi-peripheral and peripheral countries which “minimize” the structural power of the periphery. The methodology is applied to world trade networks composed of 100 countries from 1992 to 2017 for which it has been possible to build multiple maps that describe the distribution of influence among countries and regions. The main result of this application is the evidence found in favor of the existence of central-peripheral structures as well as evidence on how the United States and China are struggling to consolidate their influence over multiple peripheral regions of the world.

\u0000English Abstract: This paper investigates the conditions and the feasibility of epistemic intervention. The process of importing of resources of other theoretical languages by explanatory narratives is illustrated by the matherial of analysis of specific empirical case studies using language features of epistemology and social sciences. \u0000The main result of the work is the construction of a conceptual model of epistemic intervention, as well as its testing and refinement based on a particular historical and theoretical material. The developed model consists of a set of explanatory schemes corresponding axiomatic core of the discipline (regional ontology), and a set of explained phenomena (the phenomenal field). A prerequisite for the success of the intervention is epistemic emergence of a new regional ontology, with which can be explained by the fact that requires explanation in the framework of this science, and what it was previously explained. A sufficient condition is specificity of the disciplinary environment that defines a closed causal series and internal heterogeneity of explanation inherent specific science. As a result, four ways to respond to the invasion of foreign explanatory models in their sphere for disciplines are identified: exclusion, ignoring, assimilation, opportunism.

The report aims to answer the questions: What works in terms of early stimulation for young children in developing countries? For whom and under what conditions do these programs work and why do they work. The report is divided into several sections. Firstly, a brief discussion of the importance of early stimulation for young children in developing countries is provided. Secondly, the methods used to identify and characterize studies are provided and a review of randomized or quasi-experimental trials is presented. Thirdly, a review of the evidence for who benefits most from early interventions is presented followed by a review of program characteristics that affect the success of interventions and an examination of potential mechanisms through which interventions achieve their effects. Finally, recommendations for practice and future research are provided.

Woo
Many economists have attributed China’s high growth to the implementation of the correct sequence of reforms. We reject this interpretation because it does not characterize the reform process correctly; it does not recognize adequately the interaction between reforms that sustains the progress of each reform; and optimal sequences exist only when the policymaker is constrained to introducing only one new policy measure at a time (so-called optimality disappears once simultaneous implementation of policies is allowed). We propose the parallel partial progression (PPP) approach as the alternative conceptual framework for the gradualist approach. PPP is not the same as the step-by-step sequencing approach because a “partial reform” is not a “completed step”. Simultaneous partial implementation is preferable to policy sequencing because it eliminates the costs of incoherence among policies. Incoherence among reforms results could cause a “reform bottleneck”, and the two major bottlenecks that China is facing right now are financial reform and political reform.
