This paper selects the annual data of Hubei Province in China from 2006 to 2020, and constructs a basic risk big data indicator system. The coefficient of variation method was used to process the data, and the radial basis function neural network was used for training and testing to quantify the 15-year risk coefficient of Hubei Province. According to the research results, the main and secondary factors affecting the risk in Hubei Province were identified. This results in lower reconstruction accuracy. This paper innovatively designs a three-dimensional AI reconstruction system for urban garden landscape spatial pattern. In this paper, two-dimensional images of urban garden landscapes are collected by ZED binocular stereo cameras. Then, in this paper, the collected two-dimensional images are preprocessed through disparity map repair and refinement, and then the SIFT correlation feature matching algorithm is used to extract the spatial pattern features of the preprocessed images. This paper uses the texture mapping function of 3D point cloud to map the spatial pattern features of the image to the 3D point cloud model. At the same time, this paper adds the digital image color attribute information to the 3D point cloud model through the OpenGL image library. In this way, three-dimensional AI reconstruction of urban garden landscape spatial pattern is realized. The simulation results show that the gradient pattern optimized by the proposed method has many species and uniform distribution. In order to predict circuit yield quickly and effectively, we propose a yield prediction algorithm, which obtain the lower limit of the circuit yield by analyzing the circuit simulation results at the boundary points. Based on kernel density estimation and nonparametric boundary framework, this method aims to select some boundary points from a batch of data for simulation, rather than all data to simulate. It is compared with neural network model and traditional Monte Carlo method to illustrate the feasibility of this method. At the same time, a circuit parameter optimization algorithm based on kernel estimation is proposed to improve the circuit yield. However, the problem whether artificial intelligence could qualify for the incomplete information system such as playing cards is still open. Efforts have made towards numerous games all of which have professional experience, so it remains the problem of developing a system from scratch without human’s help. In this study, a model combining the Monte-Carlo method and decorated self-Reinforcement Learning was proposed to tackle such problem. To be more specific, a card game called \"Zhengshangyou\" was chose to verify the proposed method. It requires two players competing each other with a pack of card including the Jokers. In addition, the rules of this game and the designed Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm are presented and explained in this study to provide a clear mechanism. Firstly, this paper discusses the principle of pulse fast charging and resonant composite pulse charging. Secondly, this paper designs a battery repairing charging and discharging system from both hardware and software aspects. At the same time, this paper combines the fuzzy algorithm in the software design to realize the intelligent control of the charging process. Finally, the system is verified by repair experiments. The problem of space charge accumulation in DC cables has become the focus of attention. There is a lack of research on the charge distribution in XLPE under different working conditions. In this paper, the space charge distribution in the XLPE under aging, temperature gradient, and the presence of bubble defects is studied and simulated in COMSOL software based on the ambipolar carrier transport model. The research results show that the average charge density increases by 2.2% and 6.23% after electro-thermal aging for ten days and 30 days, which is close to the test results in the literature. When there is a temperature gradient in XLPE, the charge density on the side with higher temperature is more significant than that on the side with lower temperature, and the higher the temperature, the greater the mobility, resulting in deeper charge injection depth. When there is a bubble defect, a \"recessed area\" of charges is formed in the bubble, the charge density in the bubble is lower than that of the surrounding XLPE, and the charge accumulation at the interface between the bubble and XLPE is evident.
