The process of wireless communication exists path loss in the wireless channel, which can be affected by the distance between receiver and transmitter, the operating frequency or the other factors. It is especially vital for choosing the optimal relay nodes in the case of energy limitation. To emphasize the energy optimally, a method of relay nodes selection based on the energy model is proposed which is considering the effective data transmission and the energy consumption. Flexible power plants ensure the security of supply by compensating fluctuations in the electrical grid caused by intermittent renewable energy production from wind and sun. In this paper, the future development of the Indian electricity market is predicted and evaluated in terms of the future flexibility demand of coal and Lignite-fired power plants. As the flexibility measures for coal-fired power plants generally use inherent capabilities of the existing power plant systems, they are usually restricted by limiting factors. Here, the limiting factors for reducing the minimum load and increasing load change rates are discussed and potential measures to mitigate their influence are presented. An alternative way to increase the flexibility lies in properly integrating thermal energy storages. Dead loads of structures applied on the top of pit slope and add the probability of circular sliding of slope. Underpinning technology can transfer loads to the deeper soil layer and deformation had been restrained effectively. With the development of foundation underpinning technique, more and more mini-pile should be drilled through the foundation inner or outer buildings structures. When the structures protected by underpinning method, the foundation pit supporting project can be designed more easily and flexibly. By one engineering example, underpinning technology and foundation pit supporting technology are combined and applied to protect the stability of structures near the pit. Using the united method, the loads of structures are transferred vertical and pressure on the top is reduced highly, active earth pressure is lower at the same time, so that the excavation stability can be achieved more easily.
