Without communications, the organization cannot survive and continue. The problem of the study was diagnosed in the lack of sales of some types of products of the General Company for the Production of Vegetable Oils, despite their distinction, position, and reputation in the market and so on. Its products have standard specifications, lack of channels for communicating with customers, and find out whether the management of the researched company has a comprehensive perception of the concept of integrated marketing communications. Therefore, the research aimed to know the type of relationship and the extent of the influence occurring between integrated marketing communications as an independent variable represented by its nine dimensions and marketing performance. As a dependent variable, represented by its four dimensions, using the descriptive and analytical approach, and for this reason, two main hypotheses were formulated for the research, from which nine hypotheses branched. In order to achieve these goals, the study was applied in the General Company for the Manufacture of Vegetable Oils using the descriptive and analytical approach, with a purposive sample of (84) individuals from the department managers and the company’s employees. Through the questionnaire and analyzing it statistically using statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance, coefficient of determination, R, simple correlation coefficient, test 2, exploratory factor analysis test, latent root KMO scale, Bartlett’s test) in the statistical analysis program 23 SPSS, as well as personal interviews conducted by the researchers, which showed the methods. There are a number of statistical results, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation and influence between marketing communications and marketing performance. In conclusion, the researchers presented a set of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which can be mentioned, the most important of which is the need for the state to protect and support the company’s products by imposing a customs tax on similar imported products, as well as the necessity of managing the company. The research subject raised her employees' awareness of her desire to increase marketing performance and informed them of her level of performance on a regular basis, in order to detect and correct deviations And we can say The current research aims to test the extent of the impact of marketing communications, represented by its elements (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, publishing, and direct marketing, on customer satisfaction, and through it, we can determine the extent of the impact of the marketing communications strategy on customer satisfaction. For this purpose, a sodium iodide detector activated with thallium with dimensions ( was used with an integrated measuring system, to determine the suitability of these shields for use in the field of gamma ray protection. The results showed that the values of these parameters are affected by changing the reinforcement ratios and the gamma ray energy. It was found that when increasing the reinforcement ratio of the shield led to an increase in the linear and mass attenuation coefficient, and in contrast, a decrease in the values of each occurs when the gamma ray energy of the used radioactive source is increased, especially at a concentration of 50 % and at energy (1765) Kev.

Among their plays, The House of Blue Mangoes (2002) & Joothan: A Dalit's Life (2003) are selected because they deal with caste problems. Both plays are critical portrayals of the lives of low-caste citizens & their efforts to come to grips with the truth of their shackled life. Grounded in the framework of cultural proximity, social identity theories, and the uses and gratifications perspective, the research investigates the viewership preferences and motivations of Asian Indian immigrants towards Indian television programming. Despite their extensive time living abroad, these immigrants actively choose ethnic programming, specifically Indian television accessible through satellite dishes, as a means to reinforce their ethnic identity, stay informed about India, and nurture a sense of connection to their cultural roots. By providing post-2014 insights into the dynamics of Asian Indian social identity, television consumption patterns, and the uses and gratifications derived from ethnic media, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how diasporic individuals actively engage with media content to fulfill their needs for cultural preservation, reaffirmation of identity, and a continued link with their country of origin. The findings have implications for media organizations aiming to cater to diverse audiences and for scholars examining the interplay between media consumption and diasporic identities within an ever-evolving media landscape.

However, accreditation provides a standardized quality measure and a tangible assessment of the program's adherence to established benchmarks and standards. In the context of which is more essential, either the age and size of a university or its accreditation, in gauging which of their degrees better represents value for money (quality and recognition), the current study assesses the role of accreditation in guaranteeing educational standards and enhancing the value of degrees, and investigate the impact of age and size on educational quality and recognition. The research paper uses a content analysis technique to review a vast range of academic literature, exploring existing studies to find answers to the problem. It was revealed that accreditation is more important than a university's size and age in gauging the value for money of its degree as it ensures that the university meets specific standards and quality recognition, assuring students regarding the credibility and value of the degree awarded.

The criteria and standards used to designate different levels of professors and their duties and functions are critical to the university's overall academic success and resiliency. Considering this, the proposed study sought to evaluate the criteria and standards utilized to designate adjunct, assistant and associate professors and the distinctions in their roles and functions within a university context. A qualitative research approach was used in the proposed research to thoroughly analyze the criteria, standards, responsibilities, and functions of adjunct, assistant, and associate professors at academic institutions. Secondary data was gathered from scholarly sources and analyzed using content analysis to discover reoccurring themes and trends. The study results indicate that Adjunct faculty members are commonly selected based on their professional background and specialized knowledge in a specific area, thereby imparting practical insights to the academic setting. In contrast, assistant professors are subject to more stringent criteria and standards: they are assessed based on their qualifications, research output, teaching performance and contributions. \u0000On the other hand, associate professors must have a considerable track record of academic achievement, including research publications, grant submissions, teaching ability, leadership talents, and reputation within their areas (Hafsteinsdóttir et al., 2017). \u0000The distinctions in responsibilities and duties among adjunct, assistant, and associate professors are predicated upon their proficiency, knowledge, and scholarly accomplishments. \u0000A recommended strategy for enhancing faculty standards and operations involves a comprehensive approach encompassing transparent evaluation, conducive surroundings, guidance, teamwork, research assistance, leadership initiatives, and periodic evaluation.

The simple random sampling procedure was used to choose the 60 MFIs and 140 SMEs that made up the sample size for the study. A structured questionnaire was created to make it easier to gather pertinent data for analysis. Data presentations and analysis have strategically used descriptive statistics, which uses straightforward percentage graphs and illustrations. The study's conclusions show that a sizable portion of SMEs are aware of MFIs' existence, and some recognize the beneficial effects of MFI loans in encouraging their growth. In addition to providing financial assistance, it is advised that microfinance institutions always offer expert guidance to SMEs since this will help them determine if the amount they are requesting is too much or too little for the project. The microfinance institutions should hold seminars and workshops to inform SMEs about their policies, the wise use of money for SMEs, and the criteria used to evaluate loans. To gain the faith and trust of SME's, the microfinance banks should also start additional development initiatives.
