The optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a powerful technology that can produce high resolution cross-sectional images of biological tissues. Recently these two technologies were combined and the second harmonic (SH) OCT was introduced. We demonstrate that the SH-OCT can be configured in spectral domain so that the higher sensitivity and speed can be achieved.","PeriodicalId":224658,"journal":{"name":"2005 Pacific Rim Conference on Lasers & Electro-Optics","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2005-08-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131945891","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
