Как показывают мировые тенденции в области светотехники, для вегетационных установок предпочтение в настоящее время отдается светодиодным излучающим модулям. Целью работы являлось исследование теплового режима LED-фитоизлучателей и учет его при разработке стратегии выращивания зеленных овощных культур в вегетационных установках. В работе применялись специально сконструированные облучательные приборы с системами пассивного охлаждения на основе алюминиевых радиаторов. Опыт с двумя типами LED-фитоизлучателей, обеспечивающих облученность 150 мкмоль/(м·с), проводился в вегетационной установке, состоящей из двух блоков размерами 800 × 850 × 1000 мм. Облучатели мощностью 92 и 94 Вт обеспечивали удельную установленную тепловую мощность соответственно 134 и 136 Вт/м. Проведенные исследования теплового режима LED-фитоизлучателей позволили установить, что значения их тепловыделения могут рассчитываться по установочной мощности. Доказано, что рабочая температура нагрева облучателей 68 ± 2°С, достигаемая в условиях вегетационной установки в течение 27 минут, позволяет обеспечить количество тепловой энергии, достаточной для выращивания зеленных овощных культур при температуре 20 ± 2°С в блоке вегетационной установки. Для реализации полученных результатов на практике была предложена конструкция вегетационной установки для проведения экспериментальных исследований по разработке технологии эффективного облучения. Новизна установки заключается в том, что каждый источник облучения дополнительно снабжен датчиком температуры, соединенным посредством системы управления с вентилятором с воздуховодом, а датчик влажности установлен в каждом отсеке для выращивания и соединен посредством системы управления с насосом со шлангом и капельницами.
