The data of network status are large and independent, so we can correlate these independent data by means of subjective. In this paper, we combine the subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method, and invite six selected professionals to evaluate the decimal scoring method, then after dimensionless processing, we get the entropy relation grade of the influencing factors by using the grey relation entropy, finally we obtain the primary and secondary relationship of the influences on the reliability of the network. In this paper, we use entropy AHP and dynamic programming model to set up a complete system for the refugee crisis, and make a comprehensive prediction and decision. First, we apply Analytic Hierarchy Process and dissect main influencing factors subjectively in order to select main influencing factors. Next, we make use of Entropy weight objectively. In the end, we establish Entropy AHP Math Model as an evaluation factor of evaluating refugee crisis. According to composite scores for samples, reach the leading factor for samples. When it comes to dynamics of the crisis, we first use Principal Component Analysis Method to analyze environmental factors that change over time. Next, we use Logistic Model to make predictions for the number of refugees. Last we program refugee conditions in dynamic environment with the result of principal component analysis as variable functions and the quantity obtained through Logistic Models as cornerstones. Choosing a set of cables as analysis object inside enclosure with aperture, then using software CST analyzes the impact of different size of aperture on electric field strength and transmission line inside enclosure with aperture, when the type of cable is different, using software CST analyzes the influence of electromagnetic pulse on cable inside enclosure with aperture. Simulation results show that when the size of aperture is different, electric field strength inside enclosure with aperture is different, and transmission line terminal response will be different. Electromagnetic (EM) fields inside and nearby of the vehicle are computed. The high strength EM fields locations called hot-spot inside the cabin are investigated. Surface current on the metallic structure of the vehicle is estimated. On the basic of conventional LAS detection algorithm, this modified detection algorithm searches the neighbor vector of current solution vector at random as original solution vector in the next iteration. Besides, this modified detection algorithm adopts the rule of dynamic iteration time to control the time of iteration in the signal detection of Massive MIMO system. The main part of the device is a microstrip coupled complementary asymmetric double-split resonator (CADSR). In this device, an extremely sharp resonance have been obtained due to the excitation of “trapped modes”. From the analysis, the effect of the degree of asymmetry on the frequency response and Q-Factor are thoroughly studied. Results show that there have an upward tendency of Q-Factor when increasing the degree of asymmetry, the distribution of the electric field and transmission response (S2i) have been also simulated in this work. Finally, the process and the performance is illustrated when CADSR is used as a sensor. We found that both dielectric constant and loss tangent of sample substance affect the resonance frequency. It is demonstrated that the reflection spectrum shift to lower frequency side when enhancing the permittivity of sample substance which is filled in groove. By means of the coupling effect of the metallic patches on three different layers, the distributed capacitance of the periodic structure is formed and therefore decreases the resonant frequency. Investigations on the structure variables are presented and a novel unit cell, whose size is only λ0/20, is proposed. Furthermore, the novel FSS structure has shown a quite stable response for different incident angles and polarization modes as for its symmetry and miniaturization configuration. By using in conjunction with SE-VB method, it Narrows the initial search radius of SE-VB algorithm and effectively reduces the computation time. This method can separate the real weak signal from noise with high SNR (Signal Noise Ratio). In practical circuit achievement, the weak signal should get through a pre-process channel for filtering and amplifying before it is put into PSD. In order to eliminate DC offset voltage and current, a dynamic adjustment circuit for reducing the operator's offset is designed in the pro-process channel.
