This study aims to find out the results of the development and find out the results of validation and the effectiveness of developing digital pop up book learning media in PJOK class IV SD learning. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is development research. The total population in this study was 41. The sample of this study was students of class IVA and IVB. The level of validity that has been carried out by the validator is that it reaches a value of 94.75% with a very decent category, indicating that the learning media is very good in terms of validity and can be relied upon in its use. The effectiveness of learning outcomes in the cognitive domain of students using learning media materials shows 77.8%. The results of the student response test got a score of 88 in the very good category. The conclusion of this study can improve students' conceptual understanding, students' fine motor skills, motivation, and student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the increase in basic lay-up technique skills through audio-visual media in basketball games. This type of research is qualitative with the action research method and the research design uses the Kemmis and Taggart spiral models. The population of this research is 20 people taken by purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in 10 meetings with a lay-up training process using audio-visual media, in which the initial test (pretest) was carried out for the first meeting, then the second to ninth meetings were given actions and for the tenth meeting, the final test was carried out (posttest). . Based on data processing, the results of the research during the training process in cycle I were that the participants experienced an increase in the lay-up movement, the increase in the training process for the participants in the lay-up movement can be seen from the results of the instrument test on the lay-up movement through audio-visual media and got 83% of the meeting first to the 10th meeting in cycle I. This study used the entire population of 6 SMPN. By using a population study sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is the observation sheet. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative descriptive analysis method, namely data processing by the number of available facilities multiplied by 100% for the ideal number of facilities. The results of the research for SMPN 1 are 67.11% in the adequate category, SMPN 2 72% in the adequate category, SMPN 3 43.11% in the category sufficient enough, and SMPN 4 29.77% in the inadequate category, SMPN 5 73.77% in the adequate category, SMPN 6 69.77% adequate category. Meanwhile, the average calculation result for all physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools in Praya District is 59.25% in the quite adequate category. The conclusion of this study is that there are 3 schools in the adequate category of infrastructure, SMPN 1 has a field area of 3600 m2, SMPN 2 has a field area of 2007 m2, SMPN 3 has a field area of 1080 m2. Since VO₂Max includes a baseline that represents general fitness which is good condition VO₂Max it can be assumed other physical endurance will follow. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) possessed by Gresik women's indoor hockey players in supporting the success of winning a gold medal at Situbondo in 2022. Quantitative descriptive was used in this research method with 12 research subjects. The multi-stage fitness test (MFT) was used as an instrument in this study. The results of the analysis of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) data from female indoor hockey players in the category \"very poor\" 0.00% (0 players), \"less\" 0.00% (0 players), \"enough\" 0.00% (0 players), “good” 50.00% (6 players), “very good” 41.70% (5 players) and “excellent” 8.30% (1 player). The average of this data analysis was 39.34. Based on these results, the level of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) of Gresik women's indoor hockey players was in the “very good” category. This research is a quantitative research with data collection methods carried out through questionnaires using the Google form. The research subjects were 30 students. Data processing is done using SPSS software. The instrument analysis performed was validity and reliability. While the data analysis technique used is the normality test and hypothesis testing which consists of multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), test the coefficient of determination (R2), and t test (partial). Based on the normality test, it can be seen if the data is normal because p > 0.05, which is equal to 0.2. The F test (simultaneous) is obtained if Fcount > Ftable, namely the value of 19.331 > 1.955 which indicates that Ha is accepted, which means there is an influence. This study uses the classroom action research method with a process of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The population is East Lombok SLBN students with a sample of 21 students, 11 boys and 10 girls. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the instruments used were observations and checklists. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results of the study can improve gross motor skills in children with visual impairments, pre-action activities indicator prefix attitude 55.56% increase 62.97% cycle I, increase 88.89% cycle II, indicators of accuracy in carrying out directed movements mean pre-action average of 44 .44%, increased by 48.14% cycle I, increased by 81.48% cycle II, indicators of skill in performing hand movements, foot movements and verbal commands in pre-action activities averaged 44.44%, increased by 48.14% cycle I , an increase of 77.78% in cycle II, the indicators of hand and foot combination skills in pre-action activities averaged 33.33%, to 40.74% cycle I 77.78% cycle II. The problem of this research is the lack of golden tringle physical factors for athletes or futsal players. The results of testing the hypothesis are accepted, namely that there is an effect of the elastic band training model on increasing the explosive power of the leg muscles. This research is a quantitative type with experimental methods. The design used is a quasi-experimental design using one-group pretest-posttest. The number of subjects in this study was 15. The researchers provided an exercise program with 14 treatments using elastic bands and 2 standing broad jump test meetings. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the t-test. Based on the research results, the tcount value is -15.900 with a significance value of 0.000. The result of calculating the sig value obtained is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. It is concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of shooting football for students through a team game tournament cooperative learning model. The method in this study uses a class action research method. The subjects in this study were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 25 Pontianak, totaling 15 boys and 10 girls. Data collection techniques in this study used observation techniques and assessment rubrics. Data analysis uses descriptive percentages. The results of this study showed an increase in learning outcomes in shooting football, where classical completeness in learning to shoot soccer increased by 40%. At the pre-cycle stage, only 44% of students were able to exceed the KKM, then at the first cycle stage it increased to 64%, but these results still had to be improved so that the research continued to the second cycle stage. The results show an increase of 84%, this result meets classical completeness (70%).
