The learning support service system is designed and implemented using MVC architecture and AJAX and other computer network technologies. The operation of the system was analyzed during two years of system operation. The development of scanning micro mirrors for optical switching applications has received significant attention. Micromirrors that are powered by piezoelectric actuators may produce substantial deflections in all directions, as shown in this research. COMSOL Multiphysics simulation tool is being used to investigate the electrical and mechanical characteristics of the mirror system under test. Because silicon is used to build micromirrors, they have a high refraction rate. PZT is the primary component of a piezoelectric actuator (PZT). Piezoelectric properties of the actuator beam result in bending in both angular and vertical directions, which may be employed for tip, tilt motion when the voltage is supplied. Input voltage of 10 V results in an average of 1.78 μm deflection in either direction. Security is still a significant challenge in the design of WSN. A key security issue observed in WSN is Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. In order to classify attacks in WSN, this paper introduces an artificial Deep Q Network (DQN) method with functional link neural network (ADQN-FLNN) model. Data preprocessing is first applied to the proposed ADQN-FLNN model to make the data more understandable. Secondly, the FLNN is efficiently used to recognize and categorize the WSN intrusions. The performance of FLNN model is improved by utilizing the ADQN to tune its parameters in the best possible way. Performance of data communication on most of the mobile devices has been analyzed to establish wireless data transfer of multi-hop wireless power. The data packets enable the network activity by establishing a connection from source to destination. By considering the energy restrictions in wireless sensor nodes, a novel method has been proposed to monitor the sending point of each and every node and the location identification mechanism has been implemented at the receiving point of the node. Based on the ID, the proposed study has developed a Route Positioning based Node Travel Location Identification algorithm (RP-NTLD to perform network localization. This is entirely dependent on the network route, and if the unknown node is restricted, it becomes available for route positioning and the estimation of remaining nodes. Based on the unique ID given for each node, the network node searches the data and broadcast the route based on the node position. The proposed research investigation intends to develop new and improved network route design computation for wireless sensor networks. In this research work, a new variant of long-short term memory (LSTM) is proposed to detect DDoS attacks in the IoT environment. The proposed method uses a new hybrid method for optimizing the parameters of LSTM based on bacterial foraging optimization (BFO) with a firefly algorithm (FA) called BFOFA-LSTM. The performance of comparison algorithms is examined using two types of datasets including BoT-IoT and CICDDoS2019 and four different performance indicators are considered such as sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and F-Measure. It can develop gradually and become death threatening if left untreated. Early detection and prevention are essential as it may prevent the cells from spreading. In this study, skin cell image data is used to classify Benign and Malignant cells using CNN models. The image dataset goes through several data preprocessing techniques before being applied to achieve the most efficient outcome from four pre-trained CNN models. The pre-trained models used in the study are InceptionV3, MobileNetV2, VGG19, and EfficientNetB7. With the advancing epoch, an increase in accuracy is observed from the models. The highest accuracy of InceptionV3, MobilenetV2 and VGG19 is 89.86%, 83.06% and 77.5%, respectively, whereas EfficientNetB7 comes with a significantly lower accuracy score of 49.03%.
