This was a quantitative research, using bibliometric methods proposed by Zupic and Cater (2015). The 195 publications located in Scopus, from 1970 to 2022, were analyzed using the VOSviewer software. For future studies, it is suggested to relate PDT with technology and precarious work, the future of work, diversity management, sustainable work, remote work, as well as Covid-19 and work.As for the subjects, it is suggested to conduct research with other health professionals, with informal workers, self-employed workers, casual workers, dangerous professions, liberal professionals, volunteers, interns, workers in the economy of the sea, teachers and outsourced workers.","PeriodicalId":221191,"journal":{"name":"Contextus – Revista Contemporânea de Economia e Gestão","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132600753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A systematic literature review was carried out, which searched for publications indexed by Scopus (23 articles) and Web of Science (37 articles) from the last 21 years, being operationalized with the StArt tool. The results show that, with effectuation, the identity of the entrepreneur influences decisions, the type of opportunity explored, the objectives and the commitment of partners in the entrepreneurial process. It is concluded that, with effectuation, personal and social identities can guide effectual (intuitive) or causal (planned) behavior, which shapes the entrepreneurial activities. Social immersion helps learn the dynamics of entrepreneurship in community contexts by contributing to the understanding of the logic of embeddedness, identifying opportunities for collective actions through spatial bricolage. Thus, in the traditional community context, spatial bricolage shows possibilities for joint actions by the population that are in line with customs and traditions. This essay discusses elements of spatial bricolage in the context of social immersion in entrepreneurship in traditional communities considering embeddedness as an element of spatial bricolage by understanding that local potential can only be seized by members aligned with the local culture. In-depth semi-structured interviews (n=53) were conducted with stakeholders active in the Brazilian packaging sector and triangulated with document analysis. The main strategies identified were environmental education programs, MSW diversion practices, environmental crimes (regeneration) inspection, efficient use of products, and waste reduction (optimisation). As for sharing, the inequality resulting from regional differences in logistics infrastructure was highlighted. The paper has theoretical contributions, such as applying the ReSOLVE method and practices for generating social, environmental and economic benefits.","PeriodicalId":221191,"journal":{"name":"Contextus – Revista Contemporânea de Economia e Gestão","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128948340","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The fixed effects regression model with panel data is used to identify that factors related to sales policies and cost controls are the ones that contribute the most to ROE performance, regardless of the period. On the other hand, the level of indebtedness and macroeconomic indicators are not significant, strengthening the finding that the operational and internal decisions of the company contribute more strongly to maximizing shareholder returns. The results showed a negative relationship between OS and BOS. It was also shown that the perception of perseverance and self-confidence (dimensions of resilience) significantly moderated the association between the two constructs, reducing their effects. The present study brings contributions to science by improving the Burnout measurement tool, including the Optimism dimension in the validated scale, in addition to reinforcing the moderating role of resilience.","PeriodicalId":221191,"journal":{"name":"Contextus – Revista Contemporânea de Economia e Gestão","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114716791","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
