It aims to shed light on the cosmopolitan nature of the Swahili space before colonialism, focusing on the reciprocal processes of Islamization and the Swahilization of Islam. By doing so, it aims to enhance our understanding of the significant role of Islam in fostering globalization. Moreover, it explores the expansion of Islam beyond the Arabian Peninsula, particularly through trade conducted by Muslim merchants. This exchange resulted in a dynamic interaction as local leaders embraced the faith, facilitated trade, and supported the growth of Islamic intellectual, artistic, and cultural endeavours. Building upon this case study, the paper conducts a comparative analysis of the legal systems of Islam and liberalism and explores the potential for envisioning a world transcending colonial national racial logics. The new classifications, Dār al-Shahādah (Abode of Testimony), Dār al-Ahd (Abode of Truce) and Dār al-Amān (Abode of Peace) have been the contemporary additional terms (Mustalhāt al-Mʻāsirah al-Ḥarbiya) to the classical legalistic framework which classifies the countries into Dār al-Islam (Abode of Islam) and Dār al-Harb (Abode of War). This paper will analyse the contribution of modern Muslim scholars in the emergence of the concept on the one hand while reformist scholars on the other hand. The former laying emphasis on forwarding the concept of citizenship in light of al-Darūrah (Necessity/Compulsion), while the latter ones trying to expand the existing concept of Dhimmah to adjust the needs and obligations of non-Muslim citizens in an Islamic state. The basic idea of citizenship seems to treat all the citizens alike and make the concept as nearer to the modern conception of citizenship as possible. In the given context, the paper will highlight how has the concept of citizenship evolved during the course of time from Caliphate (632-661 C.E) to the Ottoman Empire (1299-1924 C.E) and afterwards. Due to the industry's explosive growth, there was competition among Islamic banks to advertise their products and services. It was instructed that the advertisement should include Islamic principles and values because it's a banking service founded on Islamic principles. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to define the guidelines for Islamic banking sector marketing. The second goal of this study is to explore, clarify, and impart to the audience the significance of colour in Islamic banking advertisements. As with other forms of art, religion relies heavily on colour to express its ideals. And in order to do this, the advertisement designer makes an effort to avoid using dissimilar and jarring hues that deprive the human soul of comfort and calm. This article discusses the visuals used in Islamic banking advertisements in terms of marketing, calls attention to contradictions and disputes surrounding colour psychology, and looks at how colours affect advertising. In the Qur'an, God created humans with male and female sexes. Namu, Some problems that occur are people who have male genitalia (dzakar) while having female genitals (farji) or none at all. In this case, Islamic scholars determine several methods to determine the specific sex through literary research studies using primary, secondary and tertiary resources. However, if the method has not been able to determine the sex of the khunsa then it should be further investigated and determined from the existing instinct in khunsa. The legal requirement of marriage in Islam should be marriage contracts (Ijab-qabul) which include: (1) the presence of male and female couple, (2) the presence of guardians, (3) the presence of 2 witnesses and (4) the existence of marriage contracts. All requirements for marriage should be fulfilled.
