Schools, especially basic education should make a habit of multi-cultural approach \u0000to integrate the values of local cultural wisdom in the process of learning in the classroom, extra curricular or \u0000student activities. The aim of the research was to examine the contribution of educational model based on the multi-cultural approach to appreciating the value of local wisdom. The research used a quasi experimental, the \u0000study population is elementary school students, the sampling is determined by use an error rate of 5%, so that the number of samples is 40 students of the sixth grade. The research was conducted for one semester. The data of local wisdom value appreciation was collected through a questionnaire consisting of 5 aspects, namely: local knowledge, local culture, local skills, local resources and local social process and was analyzed descriptivequantitatively and statistic by t test. In Russia today the most effective structure on creation and release of innovative production are scientific and production complexes. Their task includes carrying out applied research and developmental works, release of prototypes and rendering support to the industrial enterprises for the organization of serial release of the innovative products developed by them. Thus, the innovative activity of industrial enterprises and their investment activity largely depend on the results of research and production complexes. Therefore it is necessary to form effective mechanisms of management of these structures. The purpose of the study is to develop an approach to the valuation of the scientific and production complex, taking into account the peculiarities inherent in its activities. The cost of the research and production complex is one of its characteristics, reflecting the status and effectiveness of its work. Methods of valuation of research and production complex should adequately take into account its actual financial and economic situation. The article describes the existing methodological approaches to the valuation of innovative active enterprises. Features of activity of the scientific and production complex including existence of possibility of parallel implementation of two processes are analyzed: receiving the income from the current activity and carrying out research and developmental works, release of prototypes, that is implementation of innovative projects with \"remote\" financial results. The fulfillment of these requirements sets the task of high quality of educational services provision for universities. The assessment of training quality is based on the determination of inconsistencies in the educational process carried out by a university and the requirements of employers. The author proposes an author approach to the analysis of marketing information about the quality of educational services, based on the methods of marketing research and GAP-analysis. Market research is the most optimal tool which allows to identify requirements, as well as to assess the degree of the educational service compliance with these requirements. GAP-analysis is used to identify the inconsistencies in the educational process with the requirements of consumers. The result of the study is the development of a system-based method of the questionnaire material structuring to carry out the marketing studies of employers' satisfaction with the quality of university educational services. Also, the methodology was developed to analyze the marketing information received from consumers about educational service quality, which allows us to assess the level of highly qualified personnel training. This work deals with the problem of mixed complex sentences in the Azerbaijan language, revealing a variety of structural and semantic models and their variants on the basis of logical and syntactical and structural level division, the definition of the place or the other component in the overall structure of the multi-mixed complex sentence. For the first time an attempt is made to identify the components (structural units) with different semantic relations at different levels of the polynomial division and to present a mixed complex sentence as communicative syntactic whole. Studies show that such multi component composite sentences very compact, i.e. components at any level of division are interrelated and interdependent. Polynomial mixed complex sentences of this type in the modern Azerbaijan occur very rarely. They are very bulky in terms of the number of predicative units, and in terms of components representing a particular sentence structure, although such multi component composite sentences easy on perception. Following the rapid developments of modern times, entering transition step, and changing living structures from traditional to modern that result in new form of social and economic relations in society and changing cities totally; there were parts of urban context, specially historical and central core of cities context, that failed to coordinate with the ongoing changes and because of physicaloperational mismatch with new conditions their inhabitant became unkind to them and so Inevitably and following the lack of necessary infrastructures forecast for joining to the dynamic and integrated urban body they made current worn-out urban parts. Today one of the most important challenges about the historical context is dealing with their physical exhaustion and adopting intervention methods that this part has experienced different methods according to space and time from past to now. For increasing historical context coordination with modern needs, one of the protectiverestoration intervention methods that attracted the attention of many urban planners is urban regeneration. Urban regeneration has different aspects and has changed and evolved by the time passage. One of the most important aspects is regeneration based on cultural principle and foundations. These days this aspect has attracted the attention of citizens and officials because of meeting the diverse needs and strengthening the sense of identity of the citizens of a region. The study of foreign law opens up new horizons before a lawyer, allows him to know the law of his country better due to the fact that specific features of this law are distinctly revealed in the course of comparing it with other legal systems. In this connection the purpose of this article consists in identifying main specific features of tax crimes in Russia and Germany. The leading method for studying this problem is the comparative and legal method that enables us to consider problem issues of tax crimes in Russia and Germany in a comprehensive manner. The authors provide insight into the legal nature of essential elements of such crimes, compare and reveal the system of relevant punitive measures for various types of tax crimes in both countries. The examples of Russian and German judicial practice have been analyzed. Special attention is paid to the cases of voluntary reports to the police about tax crimes in Germany that aroused a lot of debate. However, a sense of security is more important and research shows that in Iran, a sense of security is not at an optimum level while security in Iran is much higher than in other countries. Thus, cultural planning is required to increase a sense of security. Gorgan City has the highest level of security due to the existence of historical texture and buildings in its neighborhoods. One of these neighborhoods is Doshanbei neighborhood in Gorgan. Hence, it is expected that residential complexes constructed in Gorgan also enjoy such a quality with regard to the oldness of the city. But according to exploratory studies, new buildings, including residential complexes of Mehr Housing, have been constructed with blind imitation of Western theoretical foundations and without any modeling of historical neighborhoods and are at a low level in terms of safe spaces.
