A large ODR bandgap has been obtained for constant plasma density and applied magnetic field due to large refractive index contrast between RHP and LHP. Thus, the ODR bandgap of such 1D extrinsic plasma photonic crystal are tunable with magnetic field, and such plasma photonic crystal may be used as good reflector for electromagnetic waves by controlling the plasma density as well as the applied magnetic field.","PeriodicalId":219876,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Computational and Characterization Techniques in Engineering & Sciences (CCTES)","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124423665","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are various types of controllers available in control literature. The controller can be either conventional or intelligent in nature. Fuzzy controllers come under the category of intelligent controllers. The parameters of the practical systems may change during operating conditions and under such a situation, the conventional controller fails to give an anticipated performance. This motivates to use a fuzzy controller which not only improves the step response performances but also solve problems containing uncertainties and vagueness with high nonlinearities. Since the tuning of fuzzy controller is very difficult and time-consuming, so a novel tuning method based on optimization technique that is Particle Swarm optimization has been implemented to get the optimized scaling factors in order to get better performance in terms of rise time, settling time and overshoot.","PeriodicalId":219876,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Computational and Characterization Techniques in Engineering & Sciences (CCTES)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125068766","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The frequency reconfigurability has been achieved by means of the ON and OFF states of a combination of three PIN diodes that make the antenna operate in eight different states. Each state exhibits a different set of characteristics. The proposed antenna operates in S band. The antenna is fed by a coaxial feed that would provide an additional support to it along with the dielectric screws which will help the patch to suspend in air above the ground plane. The antenna finds its applications in Bluetooth, WiFi, WiMAX, WLAN, RFID, LTE, microwave ovens, medical diathermy machines, keyless vehicle locks etc. As compared to other reconfigurable antenna designs the proposed antenna is an economical alternative because of its air substrate. It also provides a range of resonant frequencies with stable radiation pattern, higher directivity and higher front to back lobe ratio.","PeriodicalId":219876,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Computational and Characterization Techniques in Engineering & Sciences (CCTES)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127897073","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recognitions of the most important solution for software correctness. However, a number of experts have been conducted on the quantitative valuation early assess of correctness or incorrectness. Using qualitative techniques between correctness and design parameters, this paper develops a qualitative model for analysing correctness research, and uses it as the basis for organizing the correctness evaluation of software quality. This model consists of two elements: quality attribute as correctness and design stage. The examination reveals that most research efforts focus on correctness evaluation. Unexplored research and unresolved problem are identified and directions for future research provided.","PeriodicalId":219876,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Computational and Characterization Techniques in Engineering & Sciences (CCTES)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121040580","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
