The characteristics of the microwave connector can be extracted by measuring the thru 1 and thru 2 structure. The thru 1 structure is one in which two connector structures face each other. The thru 2 structure is one that has the known line which assumes that the characteristics are obtained by calculation. By theoretically analyzing the double reactance compensation principle and the condition satisfied Class-E operation mode, this double reactance compensation network is used to apply in the output circuits design of the CEPA, which can not only compensate the imaginary part of the optimal output impedance but also provide a constant load phase over wider bandwidth range. Hence, it indicates that the bandwidth of power amplifier can be enhanced on Class-E operation mode. It demonstrates a high-efficiency broadband CEPA is designed based on GaN CGH40010 devices. Experiment results show that drain efficiency of 63.4%-76.4% and output power of 39.6-42.5 dBm are obtained in 1.0-3.6 GHz. The antenna is fed by gradient printed balun. In order to optimize the standing wave, beam width and circular polarization axis ratio, the back cavity design is adopted, and the absorbing materials are loaded on the inner wall of the cavity. Through comprehensive optimization, more than 10 times the frequency bandwidth is obtained. In order to achieve high efficiency, broadband and compact DPA module in a multi-chip configuration, new design method to realize an impedance inverting network in DPA by Tee-type transmission line network with parasitic capacitance absorption even in the presence of series components between auxiliary power amplifier and combining node is proposed. The proposed method is applied to a compact two-stage GaN DPA module with effective area of 76mm2. Measurements showed that the DPA module achieved PAE of 42.0-44.6%, gain of 28.6-31.0dB and Pout of 40.3-40.8dBm over 700MHz for 3.4-4.1GHz with ACLR less than -47dBc under 20MHz modulation signal with PAPR of 7.5dB, after DPD. In a recent revision of the measurement standard for the compliance testing of wireless devices, the applicable frequency range of SAR was extended from 6 to 10 GHz. Thus, the applicable frequency range of the SAR probe calibration system should also be extended to the same frequency range as that of the revised standard. In this study, we propose a dielectric property measurement method using the propagation characteristics of two antennas in a liquid. This method is the first step of the extension of the SAR calibration system. To verify the applicability of the proposed method, the dielectric properties of pure water are measured in the frequency range from 4 to 10 GHz. The measured dielectric properties are compared with those obtained using a numerical formula for pure water. This work combines the current re-used and parallel coupling technique in $boldsymbol{QVCO.}$ We also use the complementary device to implement the current re-used technique to save dc power. To avoid stacking structure, the quadrature-phase is achieved by the parallel coupling technique. The measured tuning range is 5.16 % and the measured lowest phase noise is -103.4 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset from carrier frequency at 28.36 GHz. The measured phase error is less than $pm 3^{circ}$ across all tuning frequencies. The core dc power consumption is only 21 mW for 1.8 V supply voltage. The main body of the antenna is a pair of crossed-dipoles with equal-length arms, and four polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tubes filled with liquid metal columns of constant length are loaded on the surface of the arms. By moving the liquid metal columns, the equivalent length of the dipoles can be changed. Therefore, the self-phases of the two orthogonal dipoles can be adjusted, leading to the reconfigurable polarization. The configuration of the PA corresponds to a signal cancellation circuit of feed-forward PA. The proposed scheme estimates the input power to the PA using kNN (k-Nearest Neighbor) method based on the experimental data and sets the gain and phase values of the vector regulator in accordance with the estimated input power. The designed MS antenna with an area of 96.39-by-96.39 sq. mm perfectly suits the 1-U CubeSats. It is worthwhile to mention that the proposed unit cell (UC) employed a polygonal-shaped patch whose key parameters were modified to obtain ten distinct phase responses. Then, a systematic positioning of UCs enabled the improvement of the antenna gain by focusing the main beam. A circuit model and its microstrip layout will be presented together with its circuit model and electromagnetic simulated results.
