A negative ion-based neutral beam injector (NNBI) with beam energy of 400 keV, beam power of 2 MW and beam duration of 100 s is one of the projects. A radio frequency (RF) based negative beam source was designed for the CRAFT NNBI system. In order to understand the physics and pre-study the engineering problems for RF negative beam sources, a prototype source with a single driver was developed. Recently, this source was tested on a test facility with RF plasma generation, negative ion production and extraction. The long pulse plasma discharge and negative ion beam extraction with a three electrode accelerator were achieved successfully. The extracted ion current is 153 A/m2 with Cs injection and the ratio of electrons to negative ions is around 0.3. It lays good foundations for the R&D of negative ion sources for the CRAFT NNBI system. An important design feature of such an HF source is its ability to sustain large transient swings of load (due to impedance transition on microsecond time scales). A 40 kW High Frequency Power Supply (HFPS) has been configured with multiple Class-D H-bridge inverters modules by using latest generation switching semiconductors. Each module is capable of delivering 3 kW of power, then magnetic combiners and an LC tuning network provides a 1 MHz sinusoidal output to a 50 Ω standard load. The developed prototype power supply has been coupled to a single-driver RF ion source test bed ROBIN in IPR to characterize the system with actual load conditions. In a recent experimental campaign, tuning of matching network parameters helped to strike and sustain plasma over the pressure range of 1 Pa to 0.42 Pa with forward power of 37 kW to 22 kW. An additional impedance matching network was implemented to map the power supply impedance (50 Ω) with the impedance offered from the source (>90 Ω seen at PS end). A configurable frequency with resolution (∼1 kHz) helped to achieve a power factor close to unity. Experiments helped to study the behavior of the power supply in scenarios of dynamic (plasma) impedance. The objectives of the present study were to investigate the effectiveness of nanofluid as a cooling fluid of a composite adsorber by carrying out nanofluid characterization and to investigate adsorption-desorption characteristics of a composite adsorbent for ammonia as an adsorbate.An experimental set up with tube-in-tube type configuration was constructed to monitor the thermal characteristics (heat transfer from and to the adsorber) and ammonia adsorption/desorption rates. The composite of calcium chloride with activated carbon and expanded graphite nanoparticles was made having different concentrations of CaCl2 ranging from 40 % to 80 % in the composite and expanded natural graphite (ENG) content ranging from 0-3 % by weight. The desorption characteristics were studied at different temperatures from 70° C to 110° C. The cooling fluid with and without graphite nanofibers (GNF) was circulated in the inner tube at different flow rates from 5 LPH to 25 LPH.From the experimentation on adsorption-desorption characteristics, it was found that the total amount of ammonia adsorbed increased from 133 g for 50:50 composition of CaCl2:AC to 156 g for CaCl2:AC composition of 50:50 with the addition of 3 % ENG nanoparticles. Also the adsorption process time reduced from 22 minutes to 18 minutes. For 50 % CaCl2 in the composite the temperature at which the maximum desorption occurred was 70°C.So, desorption could occur at lower temperature, which is advantageous as it increases the number of options for heat sources to be used. When nanofluid was used as a cooling fluid of the composite adsorber, the total amount of ammonia adsorbed increased from 79.411 g for basefluid to 90.206 g for 0.4 % graphite nanofiber nanofluid for flow rate of 25 LPH. Publics can able to access and avail those facilities on internet by reading news and notifications of such schemes. In order to improve their governance the reviews of the public will be very significant. Since these reviews will help the government to take better decisions. By achieving this, the government may get peoples reviews about such schemes. In the existing system reviews such as manual, oral and somewhere online modes were available for facilitating e-government services. But Artificial Intelligence based techniques like facial recognition and sentimental reviews of the public is not incorporated in the current scenario. So in order to facilitate the government to provide better decision the software based deep learning algorithm called Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) is implemented to analysing the sentimental reviews of e-Government services. In this framework three models were developed to implement a concept of multiple CNN models in which first model can recognize people’s hand written digits, second model can detect sentiments from text sentence which can be given by people about government services, third model can detect sentiment from person face image. This paper involves analyze some of the applications to make the user friendly. In order to make the application more accessible and navigations the well-suited browser, need to be selected. The navigations could be done from one screen to the other in sequence and also help the users to reduce the typing action. It is closely said that accuracy and number of mesh required for the meshing of the element. This paper presents the effect of the von misses and various constraints on the accuracy of the result. On the basis of the papers referred and guidelines obtained for choosing the appropriate mesh size in finite element analysis has been provided and explained about the von misses stress occurred in the model. The web reinforcement should be strengthened enough to carry tension forces as well as compression forces so that the compression wrinkling is avoided. A C12A7 electride PE produced ten times more H-ion current compared with a molybdenum (Mo) PE of the identical design. Four times more H- ion current was obtained when the ion source plasma faces the 45-degree tapered hole opened on the surface of the electride PE as compared to the current obtained from a plasma facing the flat side of the PE. This enhancement in H- ion current may indicate larger surface production of H− ions by the enlarged surface area. A Mo PE also showed a similar effect but with less pronounced H- ion current enhancement. To decrease the paper waste as well as environmental emissions, it is recommended to use the paper waste in concrete as Hypo sludge. That contains the properties of cement such as SiO2 & Mg. Cement is the predominant material in concrete. In this research cement is replaced with fly ash as well as hypo sludge. By adding 5percent of fly ash and 0%, 3 %, 6%,9%,12% and 15% of hypo sludge, split tensile strength & compressive strength of concrete as well as Hypo sludge concrete efficiency are being tested. Split tensile strength & compressive strength of hypo sludge concrete are improved by the experiment up to 9% behind this % strength will decrease. In this journal the extension of research work is added that is flexural strength of concrete adding fly ash & hypo sludge in concrete and durability of concrete are studied. The accelerator provides a high current DС proton beam with energy up to 2 MeV. Numerous improvements to achieve stable tandem work and increase the accelerated proton current were made in more than a decade of experimental operation. These improvements include reduction of the accelerator dark current, modifications for the secondary particles suppression in the tandem gaps, vacuum improvement, upgrades of negative ion source, introduction of additional diagnostics to control and adjust the beam injection and transport. These measures provide the upgraded tandem operation with the accelerated proton current of up 9 mA. Two new schemes of negative ion injection into the tandem were designed and tested. New schemes use the upgraded version of a Penning surface-plasma negative ion source with DС H− beam current of up 15 mA and beam pre-acceleration before injection to tandem. The proposed beam will be used for injection into a tandem accelerator, which is a part of the neutron source dedicated for boron-neutron capture therapy (BNCT). The ion source is designed to produce a beam that contains ≥50% of molecular ions. The initial ion beam current is about 1 A at 30 keV energy. After molecular ion dissociation in a gas target, which produces protons with an energy of 15 keV, and further charge-exchange collisions, the beam after the target will contain about 2% of negative ion species with a current in excess of 10 mA. The negative ion beam is then separated by the magnetic field, accelerated up to an energy of 105 keV and enters the tandem accelerator. This paper presents the results of simulations of the beam formation, acceleration and transport.
