High inputs and labor costs have been a burden for hybrid maize growers. This study aimed to evaluate a Chinese-made 2BMZJ-3 model tractor-drawn 3-rows precision maize planter in actual field conditions and on-farm, comparing it with farmers' practices. The planter was hitched with 3-point linkages at the rear of a 35 hp tractor and could be operated in both tilled and no-tilled conditions. The seed rate was about 20 kg/ha, with a germination of 98% and an average of 4-5 plants/m² of length of row. The actual field capacity was 0.38 ha/hr in clay loam soil with an initial moisture of 26.11% and a bulk density of 1.18 g/cm³. The total cost of sowing was NRs 4050/ha, while the planting cost for farmers' practices was around NRs 7500/ha. The planter reduced the planting cost by 46% and increased the grain yield per unit area compared to farmers' practices. The study underscores the pivotal role of maintaining an optimal level of capital adequacy and cost-to-income ratio in shaping the profitability of commercial banks.Bank size, nonperforming loans ratio, liquidity position, cost-to-income ratio, capital adequacy, and assets quality all exhibit a positive impact on overall bank performance. Prudent management of capital adequacy and cost-to-income ratio emerges as key factors influencing profitability. Analysis with one-year lagged variables reaffirms the significance of liquidity ratio, capital adequacy, and increased capital ratio in enhancing bank performance, particularly in terms of return on assets. An improved assets quality also contributes to overall bank performance. Effective liquidity management is crucial, emphasizing considerations of liquidity ratio, capital-to-assets ratio, investment-to-asset ratio, and quick ratio. Commercial banks are advised to operate within a threshold level of capital ratio, avoiding excessively high levels that may negatively impact profitability. The study recommends investing in well-trained manpower to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. In the broader economic context, the study highlights the vital role of banks in contributing to the country's development. It calls for strong supervision, monitoring, and the implementation of a one-window service in lending and investment activities. The education industry, which was severely impacted from primary to higher streams in school, colleges, and universities, is the most afflicted at this pivotal moment. Digital alternatives were simplified to cover the curriculum, and cell phones and other electronic devices that were officially forbidden in schools ended up being the sole supporting technology during the lockdown. One study was done with a focus on students, teaching staff, and parents of school-age children in order to examine the consequences of students' and teachers' abrupt adoption of online learning. The poll had 301 responses in all, and the outcomes were valid and optimistic. With the development of technology, the significance of online education as well as the advantages and disadvantages of both modes of education were amplified. The findings highlighted the shortcomings of the online education system as well as certain advantages of traditional or classroom instruction.
