Every government experiences its period of growth, triumph and downfall. This research will analyze the causes of the fall of the Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties, and how the system of appointing a caliph during the Umayyad and Abbasid era changed, and what the difference is with the appointment of the caliph during the Khulafaurosidin era, as well as what values, principles and criteria must be possessed by a leader. Islam which was exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaurosidin, as a role model for Islamic leaders after him. The urgency of this study is to emphasize that historically, the authenticity of the Koran has been guaranteed since its revelation. This study is qualitative in nature using the documentation method (al-manhaj al-tausiqi) and historical method (al-manhaj al-tarikhi) The results of this study are, there are 3 stages of writing the Qoran, first, writing during the revelation on various simple written media and still separate from one another, but the order of verses and letters has been determined by the Prophet. Second, the codification of the Koran into one volume of the Mushaf at the time of Caliph Abu Bakr. This study employs a qualitative study by using inductive method (istiqra). The data collected are in form of Syekh Muhammad’s viewpoints concerning education from which his basic ideas regarding education are constructed as a foundation of Islamic education philosophy. The findings indicate that, according to Sheikh Muhammad, human are created through soil and spirit blown by Allah SWT hence they consist of potential, remarkable, and perfect body and spirit. In addition, in line with Sheikh Muhammad, the essence is belief and insights regarding current occurrences originated from the revelation and reason to attain convincing and relevant knowledge with current circumstances. Hajj has become a compulsory religious obligation for Muslims, that must be conducted at least once in a lifetime by all muslims Around the world who has all the abilities in financial, physical, and psychological terms.  One of the duties during Hajj is the throwing of the Jamarat, but there was a disagreementbetween Muslim scholars regarding throwing the Jamarat at night and before noon in the days of Tashreeq. According to the standpoint proposed inside the Al-Qur’an, poverty is deemed as a community concern that has to be fixed. Al-Qur’an as Muslims’ ways of life can indeed answer all these concerns and problems particularly in liberating and empowering dhuafa. The emergence of dhuafa is inevitably a life reality. Therefore, it is crucial to scrutinize the viewpoint of Al-Qur’an concerning the empowerment of dhuafa. Islamic law regarding the distribution of inheritance is included in the category of verses that must be re-thought, with the view that there will always be something that changes at any time with the emergence of various problems and various challenges in its implementation. This study employs a qualitative study by gathering object of the study in form of written sources such as Al-Qur’an, interpretation books, and Al-Qur’an translation books. This study employs an inductive method by gathering all the verses and interpretation explanations and ultimately portraying conclusions regarding the meaning and nature of gratitude (syukur). The findings indicate that gratitude (syukur) is an acknowledgement of the blessing from the Giver (mun’im) through obedience. Gratitude is also a manifestation of thankfulness for Allah’s blessings. An act of gratitude will provide benefits for the committer where Allah will give His endless blessings. The real impact of the Covid 19 pandemic is also very visible in the aspect of mosques as a means of worship for Muslims. The elements of the mosque which consist of Idarah, Imarah and Riayah, one of which is related to management, after the Covid 19 pandemic, many of which are oriented towards health as the main consideration. Mosque management includes: first, physical management which focuses on the physical management of the mosque, second, fuction management which focuses on mosque functions. Various styles of mosques in Indonesia have implemented their respective management, including the Al-Istiqomah Mosque which is located in the Muncangela Village area, Cipicung District, Kuningan Regency, West Java Province. The purpose of this research is to find out how the empowerment of mosque congregations in dealing with the impact of Covid 19. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method that seeks to describe a social phenomenon. In other words, this study aims to provide complete information so that it is beneficial for the development of science and can be applied more to various problems. In addition, the empowerment of the Al-Ihya mosque congregation in dealing with Covid-19 which is adjusted to the stages of qualitative research which is divided into three fields, namely, empowerment in the health, economy and religion sectors.
