The fish in the experiment with the length of 7.87 - 7.90cm and weight of 8.46–8.52g were set up in 4 treatments with 4 astaxanthin levels:0 mg (NT1), 55 mg (NT2), 65 mg (NT3), 75 mg /kg(NT4) food with 3  replicates. The results showed that environmental factors such as temperature, pH, N-NH3 and N-NO2 were within the suitable range for growth and color of Koi fish. Survival rate ranged from 46.67 to 66.67% (p> 0.05). Growth in length (15.26 - 15.55 cm) and weight (47.31 - 48.39 g) did not differ significantly between treatments (p> 0.05). Feed conversion ratio (FCR) between treatments was not different. Le","doi":"10.35382/18594816.1.33.2019.143","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35382/18594816.1.33.2019.143","url":null,"abstract":"The trail on artificial reproduction of dwarf gourami(Trichogaster lalius) with HCG at different dosages is to identify the maturation ability of Gophers (Trichogaster lalius) and compare the influence of HCG at different doses on the reproductive efficiency of dwarf gourami.The experiment consisted of 4  treatments (NT): 3000UI(NT1), 4000UI(NT2), 5000UI(NT3), 6000UI/kg(NT4) females. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results showed that during the  conditioning process, environmental factors such as temperature and pH were in the appropriate range for the maturation process of broodstock. The highest maturation rate is 40% in females and 45.83% in males. The survival rate in the conditioning process was quite low at 88.33% in males and 66.67% in females,  which however did not affect the results of the experiment. For stimulation to reproduction by HCG at different doses, the fertility rate fluctuates from 33.33% - 66.67% fertility ability ranges from 268.56 to 389.72 eggs / g female, fertilization rate 61.50%, and hatching rate 98.71%. An in-depth interview method was applied (KIP) to inteview two different groups of participants. The first group was leaders of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of TraVinh Province and the second group consisted of 120 household farmers in four communes of Duyen Hai District. Beside, multivariate regression model is also applied in this study. The findings show that both systems offer a great deal of productivity (VND 113.27mil/year/household for semi-intensive farming system and VND 136.11 mil/year/household for intensive farming system). The physicochemical characteristics of this solid catalyst  were  determined by a number of different analytical techniques including X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron  microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR). The CuOBA was used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the coupling reaction of C=O connection between 5’- bromo - 2’-hydroxiacetophenone and benzyl ether in good conversion. The effects of time, temperature, concentration of reactants, solvents, and mass of catalyst were surveyed. This study was employed to examine the relationships of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control with behavioral intention and actual behavior. The study uses StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM) and the sample of 169 domestic tourists who choose ecotourism destination in Ben Tre Province. The findings have indicated that attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control have a direct effect on behavioral intention of tourists. The results showed that: Imperata cylindrical  Beauv roots were treated at the temperature of 100°C with 40gin 02 liter watermass that brought a good sensory and high Brix value 2,05±0,04 for products. The products were mixed with 9°Brixby rock-sugar and 0,03% citric acid. Pasteurization products packing in glass bottles at the temperature was 90°C and P-values was 5 minutes, respectiveli. Fifty street food vendors were randomly selected and the survey was conducted using a face-to-face interview method through the questionnaire. The results showed evidence of a slight relationship between the food safety knowledge of the street food vendors and their hygiene practices (r = 0.27, p > 0.05).  Based on the demographic information, the education might be the most important factor for a better understanding of the variability of the food safety  knowledge (F = 3.54, p < 0.05), but not that of the hygiene practices (F = 0.78, p > 0.05). In the context of deeper integration, Vietnamese enterprises are facing competitive pressures in the domestic market. Thus, to take advantage of opportunities and respond to challenges, Vietnamese enterprises need to focus on building a workforce that is keenly aware of the challenges and opportunities of the AEC. This will help consolidate and improve their competitiveness. However, Vietnamese companies and their employees have not been unready for the AEC yet. The lack of  information about the AEC and the instructions become a major obstacle to the economy. The purpose of this research is to measure level of knowledge of the youth about the AEC and estimates its impact on their awarenesss of opportunities and threats related to the AEC. Results from the survey of 214 young  employees show that Vietnamese youth are confident of their subjective knowledge of the AEC, but their objective knowledge of the AEC is quite low. The youth recognized many opportunities and challenges brought by the AEC.
